  French or Spanish essential I live alone in a house near the center of Avignon. I have been welcoming visitors for years. I like to chat but I have some hearing problems. Better to know how to speak loudly ;-)

  First of all, the workawayer(s) must feel at home with me, by which I mean that they are stress-free. To do this, you have to exchange orally and accept the differences. I would also say that I think it is necessary to share the task(s) as well as the leisure time. I can help them discover the region. I can't speak English well but I speak French and Spanish. I would be delighted to introduce them to Avignon, which is a great cultural city as is the surroundings: fortified towns, tourist towns, etc.
  
  Tout d'abord, il faut que le/les workawayers se sentent bien chez moi, je veux dire par là, qu'ils n'aient pas de stress. Pour cela il faut échanger oralement et accepter les différences. Je dirais aussi, qu'il me semble nécessaire de partager aussi la/les tâches que les moments de loisirs. Je peux les aider à découvrir la région. Je ne sais pas bien parler anglais mais je parle français et espagnol. Je serais ravi de leur faire découvrir Avignon qui est une grande ville culturelles que les alentours: villes fortifiées, villes touristiques, etc..

  Two buses stop 200 m from the house and take you to the town centre. From there, you can visit the Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon, stroll through the streets of the old town and taste the regional specialities.
  
  Deux bus s'arrêtent à 200 m de la maison et vous amènent au centre-ville. De là, vous pourrez visiter le Palais des Papes, le Pont d'Avignon, vous promener dans les rues de la vieille ville et déguster les spécialités régionales.
