  We organize weekly sailing cruises at the beautiful Ionian Islands of Greece on a sailing catamaran (Lagoon 52F), using the town of Patra as our base. Our aim is to create unforgettable holidays for our guests who are mainly from the US and Canada and at the same time enjoy life at the Greek Islands ourselves.

  If you like to travel, sail, swim, meet people, socialize and explore the Greek Islands, or look for an entry level position in yachting and you are a clean, tidy, fit person with attention to detail and a good team player, we would like to hear from you. Due to the nature of the job, you must be fit and in good health. The area where we cruise is the Central Ionian Islands of Ithaca, Kefalonia, Lefkas, Meganisi, Kalamos and Kastos, which are not touristy like the islands of the Cyclades, so you will get a good taste of the Greek culture.

  Arbeit

  Every summer we give the opportunity for a few weeks at the beginning and the end of the season to 2-3 helpers, to experience life in yachting and at the same time visit the Ionian Archipelago in Greece. We are looking for a deckhand/stewardess (female) whose responsibility will be to assist the captain with sailing/docking/maneuvering the yacht, maintain the deck clean, assist the hostess with serving breakfast & lunch and washing up and maintaining the interior clean.
  
  No experience is needed. You will earn 200 Euro per week during your stay. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 10.
  
  The period is from the 6th of September until the 11th of October and you must be available for the whole period.

  Unterkunft

  Accommodation is provided on the yacht and you may either be allocated one of the bow cabins which are accessed from the deck by climbing down a few steps or have a bunk at the interior crew cabin which has upper/lower bunks. There is a toilet/shower for all 3 crew members at the interior crew cabin. Food is also provided, the same that we serve our guests. We don’t cook dinners as the guests are eating their dinner out at the islands, so we (the crew) keep some food in the fridge from lunchtime and have it for dinner or eat out.

  Every day we leave the harbor at 9 a.m., spend a few hours anchored in a beautiful cove where we have lunch, sail for a few hours to the next island where we dock around 4 p.m. and then spend the evening and night there, so that everyone can explore the place. Just like the guests, we are free to explore in the evening.
