  Beschreibung

  We are a family of 5, Laura (37),Rodri (30), Milo (6), Dalia (3) and Gadea (3).
  
  We live in the countryside, in a beautiful natural place. We are 25’ away from the city of Talavera de la Reina, 50’ from Toledo and 1 hour from Madrid.
  
  In April ‘23 we started to build our strawbale house. Our desire is to live in our land to take care of it, creating biodiversity and little by little to become more self-sufficent. We also want to see our kids grow in this place.
  
  We have a yourt were we lived for 2 years with our eldest, then it became a Forest school for (our) children.
  
  We are souranded by beautiful people with similar projects, who want like us, help the world to become a better place by respecting mother earth and each other.
  
  Our area is a good climbing area were you can sport climbing and bouldering. And of course do other sports in nature.
  
  I (Laura) speak spanish, english, french and german.
  Rodri speaks spanish and some english and french.

  You have the opotunity to live in a beautiful quiet place, in contact with nature, sharing life with different people, in a little community.
  You can learn about straw bale building, different eco-building techniques and other traditional techniques.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for people with similar motivations as ours who want to share life with us. We love to learn from other people.
  We need help for the eco building project!
  This can be in different areas depending on your skills and/or motivations, and the needs of each moment.
  You may:
  - work in the straw bale house.
  - cook/organise/support family and volunteers.
  - play and take care of the kids.

  My mother ir german, so I learned this language as a kid, this helpped me to learn english easier at school, and I have been in England as a Teenager. At the age of 25 I went to France to look for better work conditions and a different life experience. I lived there for 4 years. I love to learn an practice languages! And I love to help others to learn!

  Unterkunft

  We have a big caravanne where you can sleep and rest. You can also bring your tent, caravanne or similar.
  There is a yourt that will be used as common space to hang out. There is also a bbq place to use in winter time.
  
  Food will be provided by us during the working days. At the Weekend you can stay in the land and use the common space.
  
  We have a compost toilet and a hoy water shower.
