  Hello!
  My name is Yago, but my friends call me Boody. I’m a software developer and live in a cozy little house in Lliria, Valencia. I love cooking and sharing meals, so if you enjoy good food and great company, you’ll feel right at home here.
  
  I’m looking for cultural exchange and collaboration as I work on some small improvements around my home. The help include cleaning, organizing, simple painting, and light maintenance. I’d love to share skills and ideas, so we’ll be working together on these projects. For any larger or specialized renovations, I hire local professionals to handle the job.
  
  In exchange for your help, I offer you a private room. The help is 2 hours a day, 5 days a week (10 hours total). You’ll have 2 full days off or the option of helping longer hours on some days for extra free days. While food is not included, you’ll have full access to the kitchen, and we can cook together once or twice a week if time allows.
  
  I’d also love to show you around Valencia when possible—I have a motorcycle and can take you to some hidden gems. If I’m busy, the metro connects my house to the city, making it easy for you to explore independently.
  
  I don’t smoke and drink only occasionally, but I’m fine if you do. Hosting is a chance for me to meet people from all over the world, share stories, and learn from each other. I’m excited to create an experience that’s enriching for both of us!

  1. **Painting:** Both interior and exterior painting to freshen up the house.
  2. **General Maintenance:** Minor repairs, fixing things around the house, and helping with any other small renovation tasks that come up.
  4. **Cleaning and Organizing:** Helping to keep the house tidy, organizing spaces, and ensuring everything is in order.
