Beschreibung
We own a small holding / sanctuary for rescued animals. We have sheep, goats, pigs, ducks, geese, hens, cockerels, rabbits, tortoise, and 2 large dogs.
YOU NEED TO BE ANIMAL LOVER'S.
We have a detached self contained chalet in the grounds, which accommodates up to 5 guests.
We are based in the Campo, so very peaceful, tranquil, 360° views of flora and fauna. Amazing sunsets/sunrise.
Walking distance to local bar/restaurant and 10 mins to town, by car.
Breakfast basket daily.
Lunch in main house.
Evening meal prepared & cooked to eat at your leisure in The Chalet.
All toiletries/linen etc are provided. Use of washing machine on longer stays.
Jacuzzi/spa available for use
Charcoal BBQ available for use

To help with looking after/feeding the animals/birds and if we are away.
To be able to ride a quad bike for the land would be a great bonus.
Always lots to be done, tasks varies from day to day......
Daily cleaning around the feed stations/ chicken coops etc
Clearing fields
Building pens
Building dry stone walls
Painting outbuildings
Gardening
Etc etc etc.....no 2 days work are the same
YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO HELP INSIDE THE ANIMAL ENCLOSURES

They are both a lovely couple, hard working, enjoyable to be part of our team.
They carried out all relevant tasks exceptionally, no jobs were too hard for them.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and warm, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

It was a shame that I had to leave earlier than planned, but I can only recommend them as hosts with all their animals!
Worked well, adhered to all tasks given. Very polite, and 5* house rules and cleanliness.
Unfortunately he left us on 29/11/24 as his father had a fall, so he had to return to Germany to look after him.
We are sorry to see him go, but of course we understand.

All animals will miss the extra fuss & attention, especially our dogs Marley & Rocky.
The Chalet was left clean & tidy.
We would highly recommend Georgie & Tim and wish them all the best in their travels.

We had a lovely time with them, we got nice meals everyday, and under nice we mean e.g the beautiful breakfast we had and the best curry ever. We even went out and had a delicious English dinner together.
