Beschreibung
I'm raising and training horses in the geographical center of British Columbia. At the moment, I own 50 quarter horses\paints, and besides a small hobby farm, which includes cows, Buffalo, chicken, cats and dogs. .
As an all-around horse trainer, I host sortings and pennings weekly. There are lots of different events all over the year, like clinics, buckle series, and the open house.
I also breed horses, so there are foals born every spring, which is the most exciting time of the year.
I’ve been hosting workawayers for over 15 years now, most of them became part of the family, and decided to come back.
Horse skills are not a must-have, as long as you are willing to learn. There are general daily House & Gardening help.
We also have a good combination of work and play. I would like people to stay at least two months, as it takes time to train the workawayers. -
