Help me with some small home improvements and share vegan meals in Seville, Spain

  Hello! A few years ago I bought a house in Seville and I need to make small improvements for which I need help, so I will be grateful to have someone who knows about masonry, plumbing, electricity, painting... If you don't know, we can learn together! The house is close to the center and you will have your own room (it is small but couples are accepted). I speak Spanish, English, and French, I speak Portuguese and my partner also speaks Italian. I am vegan and although my partner is not, at home we prepare 100% Plant-based meals. I would need help, especially for February and we could agree on the topic of meals to share at least once a day. If you are interested, write to me and we can reach an agreement that interests both parties. Smokers are not accepted (unless you are only a social smoker and you will only smoke outside eventually).
  
  Hola! Hace unos años compré una casa en Sevilla y necesito hacer pequeñas mejoras para las que necesito ayuda por lo que me vendría bien alguien que sepa de albañilería, fontanería, electricidad, pintura... Si no sabes podemos aprender juntos pero preferiría alguien que tenga un mínimo de conocimiento. La casa está cerca del centro y tendrías tu propia habitación (es pequeña, pero se aceptan parejas) Hablo español, inglés y francés, me defiendo en portugués y mi pareja habla además italiano. Soy vegana y aunque mi pareja no lo es en casa preparamos las comidas 100% Plant based. Necesitaría ayuda sobre todo para el mes de febrero y podríamos acordar el tema de comidas para compartir al menos una al día. Si te interesa escríbeme y podemos llevar a algún acuerdo que nos interesa a ambas partes. No se aceptan fumadores (a no ser que seas fumador social y solo fumes fuera de casa puntualmente).

  We have to remove moisture, paint the roof terrace, lacquer doors, put vinyl flooring, restore some furniture, tidy up and organize stuff...

  Unterkunft

  It is a small room that is empty right now but I have both a double and a single mattress and depending on whether you are a couple or not I would give you one bed or another. The house has another room like that right now with junk, mine, and a large living room with lots of light. The kitchen and bathroom are separate. On the upper floor there is a huge roof terrace where there is a laundry room and a huge roof terrace. The ground floor is a space currently used as a storage room. I really like to cook and I have taken several cooking courses, one of them in Thailand. The food would be vegan although there are many very cheap bars around with tapas of all kinds.
  
  Es una habitación pequeña que ahora mismo está vacía pero tengo tanto un colchón de matrimonio como uno individual y dependiendo si sois pareja o no os pondría una cama u otra. La casa tiene otra habitación como esa ahora mismo con trastos, la mía y un salón amplio con mucha luz. La cocina y el baño están aparte. En la planta superior hay una azotea enorme en la que hay un lavadero y una azotea enorme. La planta baja es un local actualmente utilizado como trastero. Me gusta mucho cocinar y he hecho varios cursos de cocina, uno de ellos en Tailandia. La comida sería vegana aunque hay muchos bares alrededor muy económicos con tapas de todo tipo.

  Sevilla es una ciudad muy llana y tiene muchísimos kilómetros de carril bici, además la muralla en la que comienza en centro está al final de mi calle y hay muchísima oferta cultural
