Join us in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces in Crete, Greece

Beschreibung

We are finding ourselves planting trees, creating gardens and living spaces on this peaceful, meditative area and would love to share the project with you.
There are two farms, one farm is in a very quiet and in an isolated location and the vegetation includes herbs, fig, olive, pine and pomegranate trees. The other farm is a 10 minute drive away and we have been practicing natural farming and composting with earthworms for around 30 years. The farm is mainly composed of pomegranate and fig trees.
Currently we need help from people that are physically fit and can help with general farm restoration, watering and also harvesting fruit. Also any experience with natural building and carpentry works would be a real help!

While living in a natural environment you will be reminded that life is much more simple that we make it, a reminder of how to simply be and appreciate everything. Not so much a busy life-style and lots of activities going on here, so if you are longing for some peace and quiet and love being in nature, then this is the place for you!
You can learn how to compost with earthworms, plant propagation and natural farming, and cooking outdoors with local wild ingredients!

Arbeit

Currently the help we mostly need is from people with knowledge and experience in natural building, landscaping and carpentry work.
Some days maybe we need help in the garden, watering, weeding, keeping the place clean and organized and whatever help may be needed in the moment!
No smoking is allowed on the farm.
