  Hello everyone!
  
  I discovered WORK AWAY during a one year trip around the world. I worked on farms in Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Bolivia and I loved doing it.
  The experiences and encounters were very different but all very enriching and I want to share my new project with you, this time from the other side!
  Today, settled on my native land in Charente (department 16), I need your knowledge and your motivation to revive an old farm in a small village in the countryside.
  There is no commitment on my part. You are free to leave whenever you want but I will do my best to make your stay as happy and rewarding as possible. Volunteering for me is much more than a collaboration. It's about meeting new people, discovering new things and experiencing new emotions!

  J'ai découvert WORK AWAY lors d'un voyage autour du monde d'un an. J'ai travaillé dans des fermes en Australie, Nouvelle Zélande, Chili, Pérou, Argentine et Bolivie et j'ai adoré faire ça.
  Les expériences et les rencontres furent très différentes mais toutes très enrichissantes et j'ai envie de partager mon nouveau projet avec vous, de l'autre côté cette fois!
  Aujourd'hui, installée sur ma terre natale en Charente (département 16), j'ai besoin de vos savoir faire et votre motivation pour faire revivre une ancienne ferme dans un petit village à la campagne.
  Il n'y a aucun engagement chez moi. Vous êtes libre et vous partez quand vous voulez mais je ferai de mon mieux pour que votre séjour soit le plus joyeux et enrichissant possible. Le woofing pour moi c'est beaucoup plus qu'une collaboration. Ce sont des rencontres, des découvertes et des émotions!

  I will be happy to help you discover the Charente and its surroundings and give you all the good tips for visits in the region. I will not work every day of the week as I have a small professional activity on the side. I have set up my own association which organises activities around the garden, the vegetable garden and the environment in general. So you will have free time. Of course the weekends are free. We can share them with pleasure.
  
  
  Je me ferai un plaisir de vous faire découvrir la Charente et ses alentours et vous donnerai tous les bons plans de visites dans la région. Tous les jours de la semaine ne seront pas travaillés car j'ai une petite activité professionnelle a côté. j'ai monté mon association qui fait des animations autour du jardin, du potager et de l'environnement lus généralement. Ainsi vous aurez du temps libre. Evidemment les week-end sont libres. Nous pouvons les partager avec plaisir.

  Arbeit

  On the plot there is a house dating from 1800, a small garden and 2 hectares of land facing the forest in the countryside. Around the house there are fields, horses and cows!
  The project is to renovate the house in an ecological way. The main part of the work is finished, but I now have to do all the finishing touches: clay plastering with clay from the field, sand lime and hemp lime plastering.
  On the plot, everything remains to be done:
  - installation of a phyto purification system
  - creation of rainwater collection pools
  - creation of the vegetable garden
  - construction of the greenhouse
  - planting flowers, trees and shrubs.
  - creation of the henhouse.
  and I'm looking forward to all your good ideas.
  
  
  
  Il y a sur la parcelle une maison qui date de 1800, un petit jardin et un terrain de 2 hectares face à la forêt dans la campagne. Autour de la maison, des champs, des chevaux et des vaches!
  Le projet est de rénover la maison de façon écologique. Le gros du travail est fini mais je dois maintenant faire toutes les finitions: enduits en terre avec l'argile du champ, enduits en chaux sable et chaux chanvre.
  Sur la parcelle, tout reste à faire:
  - installation d'une phyto épuration
  - création de piscines de récupération d'eau de pluie
  - création du potager
  - fabrication de la serre
  - plantations de fleurs, d'arbres et d'arbustes.
  - fabrication du poulailler.
  et je suis preneuse de toutes vos bonnes idées.

  Unterkunft

  As the house is not yet habitable, we will return to my flat every evening, 30 minutes away, for the nights when I live with my 2 year old son. We will drive to the property in the morning. We will spend all meals together if you wish. My flat is located in town where you can enjoy the bars and restaurants.
  If you prefer, you can set up a tent or truck on the grounds facing the forest.
  
  La maison n'étant pas encore habitable, nous rentrerons tous les soirs dans mon appartement à 30 min pour les nuits où je vis avec mon petit garçon de 2 ans. Nous nous rendrons en voiture le matin sur le terrain. Nous passerons tous les repas ensemble si vous le souhaitez. Mon appartement est situé en ville où vous pourrez profiter des bars et des restaurants.
  Si vous préférez, vous pouvez installer tente ou camion sur le terrain face à la forêt.
