  My name is Andréanne, I'm 38 years old, and I'm a single mom. I'm looking for a trustworthy person to join me in Quebec City during July and August to help with my little boy, Léopold, who will be about 5-6 months old.
  
  The idea is simple: to create a little daily routine for two, where we support each other, take turns, and care for the baby in a gentle, calm, and nurturing environment. I'll need help with feedings, routines, a little cooking and light housework, but above all, a reassuring and caring presence at home so we can enjoy life, laugh, and have fun!
  
  I also own a flower shop. I work there regularly, which is why I need help looking after Léopold. However, if you're interested, you can discover this world for fun: flowers, plants, crafting… a vibrant and inspiring little world.

I'm also a florist, so if that interests you, you can discover the world of flowers and plants, try your hand at floral design in a fun way, and immerse yourself in this creative world (with no work obligation). It's an exchange based on sharing, kindness, and simplicity, where everyone learns from each other while having a unique experience.

  Arbeit

  I am looking for childcare for my baby, Léopold (born February 6, 2026), during July and August in downtown Quebec City. He will be approximately 5 months old at that time. I will be working a few days a week, so I will need a trustworthy person to be with him during those times. The rest of the time, we will share daily life in a spirit of mutual support, gentleness, and respect. The help I need includes: • Caring for the baby during my working hours • Feeding and soothing the baby • Participating in the daily routine (diapers, naps, walks, baths) • Helping with preparing purees and introducing solid foods • Light housework and maintaining order • Occasionally preparing simple meals • Providing a calm, gentle, and reassuring presence. Beyond the tasks, I am primarily looking for human connection: someone kind, emotionally stable, and with whom daily life will be pleasant and smooth. Communication, respect, and gentleness are essential to me.
  
  Je suis à la recherche d’un soutien auprès de mon bébé, Léopold (né le 6 février 2026), pour les mois de juillet et août à Québec (centre-ville). Il aura environ 5 mois à ce moment-là.
  
  Je travaillerai quelques jours par semaine, donc j’aurai besoin d’une personne de confiance pour être présente avec lui pendant ces moments. Le reste du temps, nous partagerons le quotidien dans un esprit d’entraide, de douceur et de respect.

  You'll have your own private room in an apartment in Quebec City, in a quiet and pleasant environment. Meals are included, and I'm happy to accommodate your dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). We'll often share meals together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I've hosted over twenty people through Workaway so far, and I love this experience. For me, the important thing is to maintain a good balance between helping each other, free time, exploration, and discovery.

  Les repas sont inclus, et je m’adapte avec plaisir à ton régime alimentaire (végétarien, sans gluten, etc.). Nous partagerons souvent les repas ensemble, dans un esprit simple et convivial.
  
  J’ai accueilli plus d’une vingtaine de personnes via Workaway jusqu’à maintenant, et j’adore cette expérience humaine. Pour moi, l’important est de maintenir un bel équilibre entre entraide, temps libre, exploration et découverte.

  I'm a sociable yet somewhat introverted person, calm and respectful. If you're independent, curious, and value your personal space, we should get along very well. I deeply respect the need for rest, free time, and moments for oneself. I'm also very flexible. If you'd like to explore more of Quebec or take a few days off, we can definitely find a way to make it happen, because your trip and experience are what matter most! (A valid driver's license would be an asset.)
  
  
  Je suis une personne à la fois sociale et un peu introvertie, calme et respectueuse. Si tu es autonome, curieuse et que tu apprécies aussi ton espace personnel, nous devrions très bien nous entendre. Je respecte profondément le besoin de repos, de temps libre et de moments pour soi.
  
  Je suis aussi très flexible. Si tu as envie de découvrir davantage le Québec ou de partir explorer quelques jours, on pourra certainement trouver une façon de rendre ça possible car l'important c'est ton voyage et ton expérience avant tout! (un permis de conduire valide serait un atout).
