  I am a biologist, have a husband (Spanish) and a 19 year old daughter (she is in a break and planning her future).
  On the 1 hectare farm I have five donkeys, two horses, ducks and chickens.
  The village of Rötlein is located in Hohenlohe near Dinkelsbühl and Rothenburg ob der Tauber in a state-approved local recreation area with countless ponds. There are many mills, farms and interesting people here.
  
  From November and December I am looking for a caretaker couple who will keep the farm in good condition for four to eight weeks. At the moment we have a larger project and are converting a barn. There is a lot to do here. Starting from painting chairs...
  I am also always looking for helpers who have manual skills, enjoy gardening, want to take responsibility for the animals, are creative, hike, cook, do crafts and paint.
  The main tasks will be: cooking, painting furniture, repairing, gardening, cleaning, feeding animals and cleaning the stables.
  The tasks and working hours can be agreed individually.
  
  Ich bin Biologin, habe einen Ehemann (Spanier) und eine 19-jährige Tochter (sie macht ein freies Jahr und plant ihre Zukunft).
  Auf dem 1 Hektar großen Bauernhof habe ich fünf Esel, zwei Pferde, Enten und Hühner.
  Das Dorf Rötlein liegt in Hohenlohe nahe Dinkelsbühl und Rothenburg ob der Tauber in einem staatlich anerkannten Naherholungsgebiet mit unzähligen Teichen. Hier gibt es viele Mühlen, Bauernhöfe und interessante Menschen.
  
  Ab November, Dezember suche ich ein Hausmeister Paar, welche den Hof für vier bis acht Wochen in Schuss hält. Im Moment haben wir ein größeres Projekt und bauen eine Scheune um. Hier gibt es viel zu tun. Angefangen von Stühle anstreichen ...
  Außerdem suche ich jederzeit Helfer, welche handwerkliche Fähigkeiten haben, gerne Gartenarbeit verrichten, Verantwortung für die Tiere übernehmen wollen, kreativ sind, wandern, kochen, basteln und malern.
  Die Hauptaufgaben werden sein: Kochen, Möbel anstreichen, Reparieren, Gartenarbeit, Putzen, Tierfütterung und Stallreinigung.
  Die Aufgaben und Arbeitszeiten können individuell vereinbart werden.

  We are a fun family that speaks German, English and Spanish. We love to eat and love to taste dishes from all nations. When eating, it is pleasant to talk about the habits and customs. We live 8 km from the most beautiful old town in Germany, Dinkelsbühl, and 35 km from Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We live in a state-approved local recreation area with countless ponds. The nature and landscape is very idyllic and special. Our farm is in a village with about 300 inhabitants. Nevertheless, it is only 3 km to the discounter. We are happy to go on excursions in the area together. In summer there is a nice bathing area in the area. You have the opportunity to go on donkey hikes for several days. In summer there is a beautiful bathing lake in the area.
  
  Wir sind eine lustige Familie, die Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch spricht. Wir lieben es zu essen und lieben es, Gerichte aller Nationen zu probieren. Unser Bauernhof liegt in einem Dorf mit ca. 300 Einwohnern. Trotzdem sind es bis zum Discounter nur 3 km. Gerne unternehmen wir gemeinsam Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Im Sommer gibt es in der Umgebung eine schöne Badestelle. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, an mehreren Tagen Eselswanderungen zu unternehmen. Im Sommer gibt es in der Umgebung einen schönen Badesee.

  My day starts between 7 and 7:30 am with animal care and some work outside. Then I have breakfast at 9.30 am and from 10 am until 12:30 pm I have to do office stuff (but I am always available). Lunch varies in the time from 12:30 to 14:00 and depends on the daily routine.
  Dinner is between 19 and 20 h after feeding animals.
  At the moment I am planning to create the barn as a nice place to be. You are invited to bring some good ideas.
  
  We can also lend bicycles. A bathing lake is nearby.
  I would be happy to recommend a few cultural cities that can be reached by bus.
  I would be happy to pick you up from Crailsheim train station.
  
  Mein Tag beginnt zwischen 7 und 7:30 Uhr mit der Tierpflege und etwas Arbeit draußen. Dann frühstücke ich um 9.30 Uhr und von 10.00 bis 12.30 Uhr muss ich Bürokram erledigen (ich bin aber immer erreichbar). Das Mittagessen variiert in der Zeit von 12:30 bis 14:00 Uhr und richtet sich nach dem Tagesablauf.
  Das Abendessen findet zwischen 19 und 20 Uhr nach der Fütterung der Tiere statt.
  Im Moment plane ich, die Scheune als einen schönen Aufenthaltsort zu gestalten. Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, gute Ideen mitzubringen.
  
  Wir können auch Fahrräder verleihen. Ein Badesee ist in der Nähe.
  Gerne empfehle ich Ihnen ein paar Kulturstädte, die mit dem Bus erreichbar sind.
