  Welcome to all the volunteers!! Your next home away from home.
   We are located a few blocks from the center of the city of Puerto Varas, considered the gateway to Chilean Patagonia. On Eleuterio Ramirez Street, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Our Hostel is a few steps from Lake Llanquihue and the tourist area where you can find restaurants, pubs, shops and bakeries.
  We are a new and small hostel, which prides itself on the warm family atmosphere that helps the volunteers feel at home. We have a fully equipped common kitchen where you can cook your own food. In addition, free coffee and tea are always available.
  Our project of organic garden and recycling is a fundamental part of how we project a better world, we are proudly the first green hostel in Puerto Varas, if you identify with nature, ecology and above all with self-sustainable projects, this is definitely your place.
  
  Here in our HOSTEL we are always ready and willing to share our internal advice and knowledge about what to see, do and eat in Puerto Varas and its surroundings. Our main goal is to ensure that our volunteers have a memorable and enjoyable stay. We have large common areas and a large table in the middle of our green garden, where guests gather to relax and share stories after being out all day. Our house is a space where strangers become friends and the world becomes a little smaller.
  We hope to see you soon at our HOSTEL so we can share all that Puerto Varas has to offer.
  
  Bienvenido a nuestro HOSTEL !! Tu próximo hogar lejos de casa.
  Estamos ubicados a pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad de Puerto Varas, considerada la puerta de la Patagonia Chilena. En la calle Eleuterio Ramirez, lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la ciudad, nuestro Hostel se encuentra a pocos pasos del lago Llanquihue y la zona turística donde se pueden encontrar restaurantes, pubs, tiendas y panaderías.
  Somos un albergue que de a poco nos hemos ganado el cariño de todos los que se quedan en el, que se enorgullece de la cálida atmósfera familiar, que ayuda a los voluntarios a sentirse como en casa. Tenemos una cocina común totalmente equipada donde podrás cocinar tus propios alimentos. Además, café y té gratis siempre están disponibles.
  Nuestro proyecto de huerta orgánica y reciclaje es parte fundamental de como proyectamos un mundo mejor, somos orgullosamente el primer hostal verde de Puerto Varas, si te identificas con la naturaleza, la ecología y sobre todo con los proyectos autosustentables, definitivamente este es tu lugar.
  
  En nuestro Hostel estamos siempre listos y dispuestos a compartir nuestros consejos internos y el conocimiento sobre qué ver, hacer y comer en Puerto Varas y sus alrededores. Nuestro objetivo principal es garantizar que nuestros voluntarios tengan una estancia memorable y agradable. Contamos con amplias áreas comunes y una gran mesa en el medio de nuestro jardín verde, donde los invitados se reúnen para relajarse y compartir historias después de estar fuera todo el día. Nuestra casa es un espacio donde los extraños se convierten en amigos y el mundo se vuelve un poco más pequeño.

  We would like to help you to make each day off the most enjoyable for your stay, we want to give you all the information and facilities to know the Chilean Patagonia which is one of the most amazing places on the planet. We are surrounded by many lakes, volcanoes, rivers, waterfalls and natural parks that are patrimony of the planet Biosphere. Also know all the cultural sites such as the different art galleries, museums, exhibitions and gastronomy.
  We are only 15 km away from one of the most important seafood markets in Chile, ANGELMO, we are good food fans and we love sharing recipes, roasts and good cooking secrets.
  
  You will have the option to use our bicycles every week for free to discover the area.
  Exchange experiences and knowledge with passengers from different parts of the world and from Chile. Here you can practice and learn Spanish and English without problem. I have been a traveler all my life and would love to share with you and learn from each other
  If you like ecology and agriculture, here you will find a huge garden with vegetable garden where we have developed a self-sustaining project that makes us proud, we are separating the garbage and generating our own compost. The vegetables of the garden are for the consumption of the guests and volunteers that represent our great family.
  
  Quisiéramos ayudarte a que cada día libre sea lo mas placentero para tu estadía, queremos darte toda la información y facilidades para que conozcas la Patagonia chilena que es uno de los lugares más asombrosos del planeta. Estamos rodeados de muchos lagos, volcanes, ríos, cascadas y parques naturales que son patrimonio de la Biosfera de planeta. Tambien conocer todos los sitios culturales como las distintas galerías de arte, museos, exposiciones y gastronomía.
  Estamos a solo 15 Km de distancia de uno de los mercados de mariscos mas importante de Chile que es ANGELMO, somo fanáticos de la buena mesa y nos encanta compartir recetas, asados y secretos de la buena cocina.
  
  Tendrás la opción de usar cada semana nuestras bicicletas de alquiler totalmente gratis para que descubras la zona.
  Intercambiar experiencias y conocimientos con pasajeros de diferentes partes del mundo y de Chile. Aquí podrás practicar y aprender el español e ingles sin problema. He sido un viajero toda mi vida y me encantaría compartir contigo y aprende mutuamente
  Si te gusta la ecología y la agricultura, acá encontraras un jardín enorme con huerta en donde hemos desarrollado un proyecto autosustentable que nos enorgullece, estamos separando la basura y generando nuestro propio compost. Los vegetales de la huerta son para consumo de los huéspedes y voluntarios que representan nuestra gran familia.

  DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
  • Volunteers should help with the following tasks of the hostel, which include:

  • Any additional skills possessed by the volunteer will be highly valued to be considered. Be these as an example, management of social networks, graphic design, photography, yoga, languages, etc.

  We need motivated people who can contribute to our self-sustainable plan, the help that HOSTEL requires is basically to take care of the organic garden, harvest the fruits of the season and prepare new recipes with it. No experience is needed, just a lot of desire to believe in the project.

  Necesitamos personas motivadas que puedan contribuir a nuestro plan autosustentable, la ayuda que HOSTEL requiere es básicamente es cuidar de la huerta orgánica, cosechar las frutas de estación y preparar nuevas recetas con ello. No se necesita experiencia, solo muchas ganas a creer en el proyecto.
