  Explore beautiful SE QLD and the Yarra Valley and help with baby (born 29 Nov, 2023), Australia
  
  We are a fun couple who both work (Bec 4 days, Declan 5days). Husband loves rugby and cycling etc, wife loves riding horses (although to be fair we don't currently do any of the mentioned haha). We are easy to live with and very chill - we can be a little messy, but we try our best! We will not restrict you with curfews and other nonsense. We've had au pairs before. We are really chill and encourage you to get out and explore. Enjoy your life - travel Saturday - Monday when you are not required. as outlined below our home is in a brilliant location but is a modest three bedroom house with a shared bathroom. It is not a giant mansion and so if you need a tonne of space this may not be for you. We are out and about most weekend and work in the city (10 mins away) so we aren't home a lot.
  
  We are looking for somebody to help us balance life and baby as we have not got a big support network in SE QLD. You will be asked to look after our son, born 29/11/23. I would prefer somebody with experience with children due to his young age. He is generally awesome.
  
  When looking after our son I do expect you to be completely engaged and play, go to activities and provide casual updates to me throughout the day on naps etc. This is probably the only thing I can be a bit anal about.
  
  If you ask our two previous aupairs they will tell you we are a rare gem in the aupair world. We really are lovely, accepting and will accommodate your travel. We aren't here to "parent" you. Want to eat chocolate for dinner, go ahead, want to come home at 5 am when you're not working - fine by me! We did the same back in the day. We will arrange for my parents to cover you for a week if you wish to travel. We will ALWAYS do our best to accommodate you getting the most out of your time in Australia.
  
  Communication is very important. We work more like housemates where everyone has an equal opinion in the house so you have a voice that deserves to be heard. I very rarely have a grumble but I will always tell you if I want/need something done, or done differently.
  
  Again, happy for you to speak with our two previous aupairs whom we keep in touch with.
  
  My parents are down in wine country Victoria/Melbourne so you'd be welcome to visit with us and explore - no need to help out.
  
  We have an automatic car for your to use. We have a modest three-bedroom house with shared bathroom. We have a second toilet downstairs with the laundry. We are a short walk from shops, cinema, buzzing bus terminal and a 10 minute drive from the CBD, 5 mins from the freeway & 20 mins from the airport. Location wise, it's brilliant.
  
  Workdays are Tuesday-Friday about 8am-5:30pm / pay is $400 p/w with minimum $300 p/w.
  There is ZERO weekend work expected. Same for when we come home from work. If there is ever a requirement you'll be asked if you want to babysit and we will pay additional money. Same for when we travel. If we need you to work at all we will pay your flights and accommodation. If you don't need to work you are welcome to fly with us and stay with us if you'd like the company.

  we are lovely and fun! we promise when not managing bubs you're welcome to explore as you please. We have a beach house too that you are welcome to visit with us to explore the sunny coast. My parents are in the Yarra Valley Victoria so welcome to either travel with us and explore or just stay with Mum and Dad and explore too!

  Young family (early 30's I feel that's still young haha) looking for somebody to stay at our house in Coorparoo with food/board/car use covered that is okay with helping with a baby/general basic house things. Mum works Tuesday-Friday.
