  Beschreibung

  Hostel was born as an astrotourism project with the incredible experience of spending a night under the stars.
  Located in Rivadavia, a small town in the middle of the Valley, between Vicuña and Pisco Elqui, our new experience will include all the mysticism and magic that travelers are looking for.
  Our project opened in February 2018 and is characterized by having a disconnected and relaxed atmosphere. We want to provide a deep experience with nature and the stars that characterize this beautiful place known as the first International Dark Skies Sanctuary in the world, as well as being close to rivers and hills at the foot of the mountain range. We are also in the heart of the production of Chilean Pisco, which means mountains covered with vineyards and the high presence of artisan distilleries that invite you to learn about their production and taste.
  We have a swimming pool, clay oven and trails to explore the magical Elqui Valley.
  Immersed in one of the most beautiful and energetic landscapes, the experience will be a stay hard to forget!
  
  Hostel nace como un proyecto de astro turismo con la experiencia increíble de pasar una noche bajo las estrellas.
  Ubicado en Rivadavia, un pequeño pueblo en el medio del Valle, entre Vicuña y Pisco Elqui, nuestra nueva experiencia incluirá todo el misticismo y la magia que los viajeros andan buscando.
  Nuestro proyecto abrió en febrero del 2018 y se caracteriza por tener un ambiente de des-conexión y relajo. Queremos brindar una experiencia profunda con la naturaleza y los astros que caracterizan este hermoso lugar conocido como el primer Santuario Internacional de Cielos Oscuros del mundo, además de estar cercano a ríos y cerros a los pies de la cordillera. También nos encontramos en el corazón de la producción de Pisco chileno, lo cual significa montañas cubiertas de viñedos y la alta presencia de destilerías artesanales que invitan a conocer de su producción y a degustar.
  Contamos piscina, horno de barro y senderos para explorar el mágico Valle de Elqui.
  Inmerso en unos de los paisajes más bellos y energéticos, la experiencia será una estadía difícil de olvidar!

  Travellers have seek the Elqui valley energetic experience for years, making this beautifull place one of the most turistic áreas in the región. Including a strong history of ancient cultures, the experience will aloud to learn about South American natives cultures and how are developed in our society today.
  Volunteering with us will give you the chance to share different skills and knowledge with others volunteers and locals, making a richer experience in order to share with local communities and how they live among the nature in this special Valley.
  
  Los viajeros han buscado la experiencia energética del Valle del Elqui por años, haciendo de este hermoso lugar una de las áreas más turísticas de nuestra región. Incluyendo una fuerte historia de culturas nativas, la experiencia Como Elqui Valle te permitirá aprender sobre culturas nativas de Sur América y como se fueron desarrollando en la sociedad de hoy.
  El voluntariado con nosotros te dará la oportunidad de compartir diferentes habilidades y conocimientos con otros voluntarios y personas locales, haciendo la experiencia más rica al estar inmersos en una comunidad local y poder ver cómo se vive en la naturaleza en este Valle tan especial.

  For this new project we will need as many help that we can find. If you are hard worker, eager to learn, or you have any Building skills, gardening or Ecofriendly vegetable gardens you will find with us the perfect choice to do some volunteer in one of the most turistic places in our region.
  We also need some artistic skills to improve the place and make it a great scenario to enjoy the most energetic and fun staying.
  
  Para este nuevo proyecto necesitaremos toda la ayuda que puedas ofrecer. Si eres un buen trabajador, con ganas de aprender, o ya posees habilidades en construcción, jardinería o huertos ecofriendly encontraras con nosotros el lugar perfecto para hacer trabajo de voluntario en uno de los lugares más turísticos de nuestra región
  También necesitamos habilidades artísticas para mejorar el lugar y hacerlo un gran escenario para disfrutar de una estadía divertida y energética.

  Unterkunft

  We can accommodate up to 4 volunteers at a time. Volunteering is a non-profit experience. We will provide accommodation during your stay, free laundry service, and free bicycles, subject to availability. We ask that you stay for at least two weeks, of which you will be required to work 5 days.

  Morning (9:00 - 14:00): Help make beds, clean rooms, and help with the garden.
  
  Afternoon (14:00 - 19:00): Help make beds, do laundry, clean rooms, and help with the garden.
  
  Evening (18:00 - 22:00): General cleaning, tidying, taking out the trash, and performing reception duties.
  
  We're looking for Workaway volunteers to help us create a great atmosphere at our new hostel, chat with guests, give them advice, play games with them, and have lots of fun! We love sharing experiences, from cooking to stargazing in the valley.
  
  Podemos alojar a 4 voluntarios a la vez. El voluntariado es una experiencia sin ánimo de lucro. Te proporcionaremos alojamiento durante tu estancia, servicio de lavandería gratuito y bicicletas gratuitas, "según disponibilidad". Te pedimos que te quedes al menos dos semanas, de las cuales deberás trabajar 5 días.

  Buscamos voluntarios de Workaway para ayudarnos a crear un ambiente genial en nuestro nuevo hostal, charlar con los huéspedes, darles consejos, jugar con ellos y ¡divertirnos un montón! Nos gusta compartir experiencias, desde cocinar hasta observar las estrellas en el valle.

  The very first idea is to be part of the astro-turism rout, located nearby of the most recognized observatories, it will have the star gazing and everything related to the learning of the and the galaxy as the foundation of its atmosphere.
  
  Elqui Valley is known by its Pisco distilleries and vineyards, public buses run throughout the day, so mobility is a very simple theme, located 80 km from the city of La Serena, it takes only one hour to reach the Beach from our place, so they are plenty options to get to know the region.
  
  La idea de este lugar en el valle es formar parte del astro turismo de la región, ubicados cercanos a los observatorios más reconocidos de la zona, tendrá como base la observación de estrellas y todo lo relacionado al aprendizaje del y la galaxia.
  El Valle de Elqui se caracteriza por sus pisqueras y viñedos, lo recorren buses públicos durante todo el día, por lo que la movilidad es tema muy sencillo, ubicados a 80 km de la ciudad de La serena, toma tan solo dos horas llegar a la playa desde nuestro lugar, por lo que las opciones para conocer son muy amplias.
