  We are a small country hamlet situated on the picturesque hills of Lake Bracciano, north of Rome.
  We cultivate vegetables, olive trees, and fruit trees following traditional and organic methods.
  Our mission is to integrate new arboreal and shrub crops, as well as introduce beehives for beekeeping, with the aim of starting a small organic farm striving for self-sufficiency.
  We are a large family that combines the art and love of the land.
  It is an enchanted place where you can truly disconnect and immerse yourself in nature.
  It is a lush countryside where the harmony of forms creates a natural continuity
  between the numerous and rich areas that characterize it.
  The presence of the lake is also a great resource, a cure for the body and soul.
  
  I am Claudia, the middle of three siblings.
  I lived abroad for several years, and with the arrival of motherhood,
  I decided to return to the beautiful place where I grew up, here in Trevignano Romano.
  I am enthusiastic and in love with what I do;
  the contact with Nature nourishes me and stimulates me to grow every day.
  
  Ours is a family-run agricultural reality;
  we cultivate and take care of the land with genuine and sincere passion.
  Personally, I am working to ensure that the family dimension that characterizes us can grow
  and one day become a small multifunctional farm.
  At the moment, we do not produce anything for sale.
  Our intention is therefore to expand the cultivations
  starting next autumn by planting both arboreal and shrub species.
  Our intention is to experiment and work with soil and organic matter
  using both natural and innovative systems,
  drawing inspiration from permaculture and food forest gardening.
  
  I am looking for people who want to share a part of this journey,
  open to experimenting with a new paradigm in farming.
  If you feel at home in nature and are ready to roll up your sleeves
  and get your hands dirty, it is the place for you!

  We offer the authenticity of living in a small family setting.
  During the weekends, we are all together, and during activities and meals,
  there are three generations present: us siblings, our parents, and our children.
  We love and honor Italian culture and old farming knowledge.
  The agricultural reality offers the possibility to oneself
  to live the day with dedication and inner peace.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for someone who can dedicate themselves to:
  
  * For seasonal tasks (olive harvesting, making tomato sauce, cutting grass, pruning fruit trees, etc.)
  * For taking care of the vegetable garden (preparing new rows, planting and transplanting seedlings, weeding between vegetable rows, harvesting garden produce, etc.)
  * For taking care of the garden and plants (pruning plants, cutting grass, arranging pots, watering, etc.)
  * For taking care of farmyard animals (cleaning the pens and feeding chickens, rabbits, and pigs)
  * For maintaining tools and structures (cleaning and arranging tools, renovating small constructions, organizing the woodshed, etc.)

  Unterkunft

  Collaborators have a studio apartment with a private garden
  at their complete disposal, equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom.
  Regarding meals, since you have your own apartment with a kitchen,
  meals will be prepared and consumed independently;
  however, there will be occasions and opportunities to share family meals.

  It is located in a magnificent area rich in natural, artistic, and archaeological beauty.
  Five kilmeters from the farm, there is the town of Trevignano Romano,
  a charming village with beaches, bars, and restaurants,
  and on the other side Monterosi, a small town perfectly connected to the capital,
  you can reach Rome by bus in about 40 minutes.
  A few kilometers away, there are numerous places of historical and artistic importance to visit;
  with some planning, it is also possible to organize shared excursions or walks.
  Depending on the season and the strength of the sunlight,
  it will be possible to define and agree on work hours that allow avoiding excessive heat
  and perhaps take advantage of going for a nice swim in the lake.
  
  We wish to collaborate with active and proactive people
  who are motivated to challenge themselves and contribute with their help to the growth of a virtuous reality.
  There will be tasks and times of the day when we help together,
  but also phases of the day when you work independently.
  The synergy between the parts will naturally occur by setting goals
  and carrying out small shared projects.
