The project is located in a natural and indigenous national park, and it is full of beautiful places, such as caves, oak forests, trials, waterfalls and incredible views. The mountain is called "Quinini". It is considered an energetic portal activated and ready to charge and heal all visitors, it was a hospital for ancient cultures, the place where women came to give birth, a place for ceremonies and even a cemetery. The Indigenous that inhabited this mountain were also dedicated to the arts and engrave many drawings on the rocks, some over 3000 years old, which you can find in certain places on the mountain, including the land where the project is located. Quinini Mountain is a national park, some places of it, located outside the farm of this project are of high archaeological importance and the entrance has a cost. We are in contact with the indigenous medicine ceremonies of local shamans. This is part of our healing process and awakening the consciousness of the planet.
We are just starting, the project can seem wild for people not used to be on nature, there is mosquitoes and the house is very rustic, even though we just builded a hot water jacuzzi and a swimming pool!
The vision of the place was obtained in deep states of meditation and it is an enlightened community that lives in harmony, planting most of its own organic and clean food, and building a paradise of beauty and abundance.
The vision of a new humanity that rises in ecovillages like this one, is based on the development of ancestral practices that increase the physical and mental capacities of the human being, such as the circus, yoga, meditation, permaculture and arts. We, the creators of this project are very interested in indigenous wisdom, and the use of alternative therapies, our vision is a place where people can connect, enjoy, learn and feel the incredible and healthy healing energy of this sacred mountain.
This project is a place of healing, with permutaculture, bio-construction, arts, music, healing and meditation practices. More than physical, material, third-dimensional transformations, we prioritize looking for the internal transformations ... We believe in the blossoming of a planet full of love, peace, sustainable innovation and joy. If someone, after visiting this place, feels a little more connected with himself, a little more confident of his love and power, then the experience was successful.
There are 2 types of positions for volunteers. One space is long-term, for people wishing to stay more than 3 months, working 5 hours a day and don't need to contribute money for food. The second type of volunteer whose minimum stay is one week, works with 3 hours of work in the morning, currently we do not receive any income from the farm, so as an option we ask the volunteers to cover the cost of buying and transporting food that It is approximately 7 dollars per day per person so we can offer volunteer opportunities. This covers all three meals a day. When a volunteer arrives, we buy groceries for one week, so please pay in advance for one week that is the minimum stay. If you prefer to bring your own food and cook separately, you are free to do so, just remember that the project is located on a mountain very far (3 hours walk) from the grocery markets.
As a visitor to the project, you can be mentored by any of its members, including a long-term volunteer.
Some aspects that can be challenging for a volunteer are: the mosquitoes (even though there is mosquito nets in the beds), the house of the project is very old and rustic, we have no tv, and also, in very rare circumstances, we can not dedicate that much attention some volunteers want to have, and also very rarely the project can be almost empty but someone is always passing through the project every day to be attentive to volunteers and some crops.
On rainy season a pair of rain boots are very useful
The water we drink in the mountain comes from 2 personally owned water spring, one located on a cave up in the mountain and nobody, no human, no other farms touches it before arriving to the the farm, so its pure, anyway if you have a delicate stomach or just feel more comfortable bring your own filter or boil your water in the project

The Quinini mountain, is a sacred place, not only for the indigenous people that lived (in the past, at the moment there is no indigenous people living in the area) on the area. Is full of indigeouns arts and remains, principally on rocks and caves. As this is a natural and indigenous reservation, there are trails that provide beautiful landscappes of the Magdalena valley, and caves with indigenous paintings from 3000 years ago. Also there are some nice waterfalls close to the project.
Some workshops and classes such as yoga, tai chi, indigenous handcraft and meditation practices may have additional cost.Etwas mehr Information
