  Beschreibung

  Hi! We are a family living in the East of France: Alsace. We have two young boys and an adorable golden retriever. Both my husband and I work and I for sure love some extra help whenever he has to go abroad for several months.
  We live in a blue house on a small village really close to bigger cities, Haguenau by bus or bike and Strasbourg with a 25 minutes train ride.
  I am a former Workaway, I have been travelling the world with this platform so I really understand what workawayers are looking for and I will really try my best to accomodate you if you have specific travelling projects.
  Depending on your skills, if you want to join the family for a while, you can help with the kids when they come back from the nanny, go for long walks with the dog to discover the forest around our place, cook ( I love cooking and would be glad to show you my recipes), learn french, garden if you fancy…
  You would have your own room upstairs and we can easily dedicate you one of the two bathrooms. Food, travels, french lessons if you want to and some pocket money would be included for your help.
  Next period of availability would be from end of march until July 2024. Minimum stay 2/3 months.

  During the day, you can discover the beauty of the area and the city of Strasbourg. We have beautiful forests around our place as well.
  I can teach you french, our culture, our cooking, take you around with me on our adventures and visits.

  Arbeit

  Help with the kids ( 1 and 2 years old on 2024)
  Taking Putsch ( our golden retriever) and the boys if you want for walks in the forest.
  Help around the house ( cooking, gardening, occasionnal cleaning)
  If you have some language skills I would love to practice.
  Overall I think I would need 2 to 4 hours help everyday, and you would obviously have days off.

  Unterkunft

  A room within our house with all the commodities. You can have your own bathroom as well. There is Wifi, laundry, dryer, a big kitchen, a small garden. We can let you use a car if you have your licence or borrow you a bike. We live near à train station that will take you directly to the city center or to Strasbourg within a few minutes.
