  Hi everyone!
  We're William , Elena, and our two boys, Enea (9) and René (5). We would be delighted to welcome a person or a couple who would enjoy sharing our daily life, having fun, and relaxing with us.
  ​We live in Novate Milanese, a friendly town on the outskirts of Milan. It is just 10-minute by train to the city center. While we are close to the city, we are also perfectly positioned to enjoy nature: in just 40 minutes, you can reach beautiful lakes and mountains, which is where we spend much of our time.
  ​Our family is always on the move! We own a camper van, and almost every weekend we head out to explore the surrounding territory. Our interests are quite diverse:
  ​Elena loves gardening and practicing her English.
  ​William is passionate about paragliding.
  ​Enea is our skater.
  ​René is a true animal lover.
  
  A key priority for us is to practice and speak English together. This is particularly important because Elena (mom) is currently preparing for the IELTS exam in view of our future move abroad (Australia is still in our heart). We are looking for someone who is happy to help her improve her fluency as part of our daily interaction.
  Having experienced international exchanges ourselves—first as a couple and later with our children—we know how special these connections can be. We are still very close to the people who hosted us in the past, and we are now eager to return that hospitality and create new, lasting friendships.

  ​We live in Novate Milanese, a friendly town on the outskirts of Milan. It is only 6km away and very easy to reach—just a 10-minute train ride from the city center. While we are close to the city, we are also perfectly positioned to enjoy nature: in just 40 minutes, you can reach beautiful lakes and mountains, which is where we spend much of our time.

  Arbeit

  Our main goal is a language exchange: we would love to have someone in our home to practice English with and share our daily life.
  ​The expected commitment is 20-25 hours per week.
  Regarding our daily routine, the majority of the day—from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM—is completely free for you to explore, study, or simply relax as you wish.

  Private Space & Family Life
  You will have your own private bedroom within our family apartment, ensuring you have a quiet space to relax and recharge. The rest of the house (kitchen, living area, and bathroom) is shared with our family. We like to maintain a friendly and communal atmosphere, so you’ll really feel like part of the home!
  
  ​Meals & Food
  We provide all your food. Our routine follows the typical Italian family rhythm:
  ​Weekdays: Breakfast and dinner are shared with us—these are our main moments for conversation and language exchange! For lunch, you will be independent (the pantry and kitchen are at your disposal).
  ​Weekends: We love to cook all together! It’s a great time to share recipes and enjoy long Italian lunches.
  
  ​Free Time & Weekends
  Your weekends are, of course, completely free for you to explore Milan (just 15 minutes away!) or travel around Italy. However, you are more than welcome to join us if we go on day trips or plan local activities. In these cases, we share everything: the fun, the time, and the small daily tasks.
