Help me resurrect a small sailing boat on the hills near Martignano Lake, Italy

  My name is Giorgio and worked with wooden and fiberglass sailing boats and canoes. I ran a nautical club on Martignano lake for 36 years. At present I regularly organize events on the lake with canoes and in the wild wood near the lake. I live inside Martignano natural park, less than Km 1 from the lake. Martignano lake is one of the most lovely natural places, it is wild, without electricity and cars are not permitted. It is 30 km from Rome and during spring and summer it is the privileged site for lovers of nature.
  until 2016 ran a beach resort. Since then I don't have a business, but I organize, as a cultural association, occasional events about the relation between human and nature and for this I host sessions of yoga, mindfullness, stars watching and spiritual songs in the wood nearby and canoes tours in the lake by day and night. I would like to say that the workawayers could join the events for free, and the would not be asked to do any kind of work. I organize also basic sailing boat courses for beginners, which i am willing to offer for free to the workawayers, if they would like to I also confirm that I will be always with them when working on the old sailing boat and all the other tasks in the house.

  Martignano lake is a wild and protected area, an ideal site for people who love swimming, practicing yoga, qi gong, etc and meditation. It is near little countries rich in history and traditions. I live here on my own, I did theatre, am attending singing lessons and interested in ancestral music; I travelled to India and Indochina and like meeting people. I am curious to get to know different cultures.

  Arbeit

  I'd like to be helped restoring an historical planking wooden boat, with lateen sail, 5 and half meters long. The restoration of the boat will take place under an outdoor shelter. I will be able to share my knowledge of repairing wooden boats. I also need help with garden works and internal and external communal spaces.

  Unterkunft

  The accommodation is offered outside the main house in a wood bungalow with one double bed and one roulette for two people, the kitchen and the bathroom are in the main house and will be shared with the host.
  The food will be mainly vegetarian and organic when possible, I care about eating healthy food and like cooking from fresh, vegetables and fruits come from local shops.

  In Martignano lake it is possible to meet very interesting people, artists, musicians and there is a small nudist beach. There are regular shuttles from the morning till 8 pm from the parking place to the lake,(about 4 km); the parking place is 1 and half km from Anguilllara railway station, where trains, every half hour, go to the centre of Rome in 40 minutes. The distance between the house and Anguilllara railway station is about 5 km.
