Welcome to a peaceful haven in the heart of the Riviera Maya for travelers seeking connection, adventure, and nature.
We’re located just minutes from the stunning beaches and cenotes of Puerto Morelos, in a part of town where life moves at a slower, more authentic pace, far from the tourist crowds.
We’re a small, independent, and friendly hostel, managed with love and passion, offering guests unforgettable experiences such as swimming with whale sharks, discovering local traditions, and exploring cenotes full of history. Surrounded by nature and local life, we love sharing this unique environment with everyone who joins us.

Here, volunteers are not just “extra hands” , they are the heart and soul of the hostel.
You’ll be part of our daily life, helping to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it special.
We’re looking for motivated, sociable, and open-minded people who want to:
- Help with reception and welcoming guests
- Organize and join activities for travelers (beach trips, game nights, cultural outings…)
- Keep the hostel clean and cozy so everyone feels at home
- Accompany guests to local spots and hidden gems
- Contribute to our social media presence by sharing the hostel vibe
- Join or propose environmental and community projects
This is more than a volunteer role – it’s a chance to connect with people from around the world, discover Mexico from the inside, and contribute to something meaningful.

Experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus (and so is speaking French!), but above all, we look for volunteers who share our values of respect, authenticity, and love for nature and cultures.

I had a great time volunteering there, the work is really easy and you have more than enough free time.
Would recommend it to everyone who wants to experience the local Mexico, spend time with a great team and a good atmosphere.
