  We are a friendly family of four living in Infernetto, a quiet and green neighborhood in the south of Rome, not far from the sea and about 30 minutes from the city center. Our family consists of two parents and two young children, aged 2 and 4.
  
  We are looking for someone who enjoys being around children and would like to share their language, culture, and values with them. One of our goals is for our kids to grow up with an open mind, learning to be citizens of the world. We would love for them to be exposed to English in a natural, playful way through everyday interactions, games, and activities.
  
  There is no formal project—just a cultural exchange and helping us with small daily tasks, especially spending time with the children and speaking English with them. We enjoy good food, nature, and meeting people from different cultures, and we would be happy to welcome you into our home and share our lifestyle with you.

  Mornings are usually busy for us, so your help will be mostly in the afternoons with the kids and some light household tasks.
  
  We’re also happy to help you practice Italian and enjoy conversations in both languages.

  As a Workawayer with us, you’ll mainly spend time with our two young children (2 and 4 years old), helping them get used to English in a fun and natural way—through play, stories, and everyday activities.
  
  We’d also appreciate a hand with small household tasks like tidying up, setting the table, or folding laundry—nothing heavy, just like a family member would do.
  
  We’re also interested in practicing English ourselves, so we’d love to chat with you during meals or free time. In return, we’re happy to help you with Italian and introduce you to our culture and lifestyle.
  
  We want this to be a friendly, respectful, and enriching exchange for everyone. You’ll have your own space, free time, and a warm welcome into our family.

  Unterkunft

  You’ll have a clean, safe, and comfortable place to sleep in our home. We offer a private attic room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room is accessed by stairs and doesn’t have a door, but it’s separate from the rest of the house and offers a quiet, semi-private space.
  
  All bedding and towels are provided, and of course, the space is kept clean and welcoming.
  
  We’re happy to share all meals with you—breakfast, lunch (when at home), and dinner. We usually cook fresh Italian meals and love eating together as a family. If you have any dietary needs, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

  We are a relaxed and welcoming family, and we want you to feel comfortable and part of our daily life. We value kindness, communication, and respect—for each other and for our shared space.
  
  In your free time, you can explore Rome easily—there’s a bus stop about 5 minutes from our house that connects to the metro and city center (about 30–40 minutes total). We’re also close to the sea, nature reserves, and parks—perfect for relaxing walks or bike rides.
  
  We live a simple, family-focused life: early mornings, home-cooked meals, outdoor play, and quiet evenings. We don’t allow smoking inside the house.
  
  I enjoy cooking and usually prefer to prepare meals myself—I'm a bit protective of my kitchen! 😊 That said, our fridge and pantry are always open for you to help yourself whenever you like.
  
  We just ask that you keep shared spaces tidy, respect the children's routines (especially during nap and bedtime), and let us know if you plan to be out for the day or evening—just to stay organized as a family.
