  Minimum stay 3 months from end of April.
  
  We are an active family of four, kids are aged 12 and 14. Mum and dad work full time. The kids participate in a number of sports (basketball, AFL, netball) all year around and sailing during the summer.
  
  We live in a 4 bedrooms / study / 4 bathrooms house in Castle Cove (Sydney north on the water), 20’ from the city and 10’ from Chatswood. The house was renovated a couple of years ago and has a large pool, basketball court and several decks in the backyard.
  
  There are cafes / restaurants / tennis courts / gyms and golf course at a walking distance from our house and a number of shopping centres 10’ away in Chatswood. There are small beaches and bushwalks a walking distance from our house.
  
  We are looking for a Demi Pair. What is a Demi Pair?
  “A Demi-Pair spends 15 hours a week from Monday to Friday helping a family with housework and childcare in exchange for a bedroom and meals.”
  
  We are an experienced host family having hosted 16+ Demi Pairs from a number of countries over 10 years.
  
  Our current Demipair / workawayer has been with us for over six months.

  We are a multicultural family. Mum is Argentinean but has been living in Australia for 20 ys, dad is Australian and grandparents are English and Scottish.
  
  Having hosted so many Demi Pairs we are well versed with managing cultural exchanges.
  
  We have an outdoors lifestyle, enjoying the beach/sailing every weekend, going for bushwalks and camping as much as we can.

  Arbeit

  We would like our Workawayer to assist with preparing lunchboxes and easy dinners and general housework including washing, folding and ironing clothes. We have a weekly cleaner (6 hours per week).
  
  We provide an opal card for travel ($25 charged weekly).
  
  You will need to help keep the house tidy as well as your room. There may be extra jobs to do if interested.

  Private furnished room with large wardrobe, desk / chair / study lamp, bedside table and access to covered pergola. TV can be provided if desired. Bathroom to be shared with the kids (only shower at night). We provide linen and towels.

  Was noch ...

  There is a bus stop outside the house that takes you to Chatswood (15' by bus and 10' driving). Otherwise, there are numerous buses that take you to Sydney CBD at walking distance from the house (bus to CBD 20', walk from the house to bus stop in main road 15').
  
  Manly is 20' from our house by car but there are several small beaches a walking distance. Some Demi Pairs take the bikes and go around sightseeing.
  
  There are cafes, gyms, golf course, tennis courts and several shops a walking distance. There are 3 large shopping centers in Chatswood which is 15' away from our house.
