  We seek visionary creative leaders in graphic design, filmwork, or animation, committed for a minimum of 6 months. Rest assured, food and accommodation will be covered, and you'll enjoy the comfort of your own room in a shared apartment. Successful candidates may even be considered for full employment after the internship period.
  
  Additionally, we are on the lookout for dedicated creative builders with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
  Experience in woodwork and construction work is preferred for these positions.
  
  Our studio, located in Ålesund, focuses on second-order change, encompassing behavioral shifts on a larger scale and community-driven initiatives. Our primary work involves strategy and communication projects, encompassing film, design, 3D visualization, and web design. We are also actively involved in numerous social projects.
  
  Since 2019, we have been conducting one of the largest maritime clean-up projects on the west coast, organizing around 25 clean-up actions each year, involving approximately 600 participants. This year, we are also constructing a multifunctional skate ramp using recycled materials from the ship industry.
  
  We take pride in our engagement in international projects, such as the UN's "United for Smart Sustainable City" program and the Californian-based initiative Cool Blocks, aiming to create 300 carbon-neutral cities by 2030.
  
  At our core, we are a group of young and highly ambitious individuals, channeling our creative communication skills to bring about positive change in our local community and, potentially, society on a larger scale. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our practice of dumpster diving for weekly sustenance, and we share warm lunches daily, engaging in a variety of social activities such as surfing, climbing and hiking. Our team is comprised of vibrant individuals aged between 20 to 28.

  The team that already works here are super active people, and we would love to take you with us either rock climbing, skiing, hiking and surfing. Yeah, you can find all of that in the city of Ålesund where the project studio is situated. Also you would naturally be learning the ways of Norwegians and how the way of life is here. This including food and other typical "cultural" aspects. Everyday all of the team share a warm lunch together at 11.30.

  Unterkunft

  The apartment was renovated in 2020 and has a big living room, a kitchen and bathroom which are made up to Norwegian standards. With its own washer, dishwasher, etc. The apartment is in the middle of the heart of Ålesund.
  
  In addition to accommodation we will provide you with all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner.

  The studio also has an electrical car which we let all employees and volunteers use if needed, so if you want to you can drive and explore the region either together with us or alone. This region hosts Norways most scenic nature and spots such as; trollstigen, geiranger, sunnmørsalpene. You. can also surf at Alnes, climb at Valderøya, hike the hundreds of mountain peaks in the area such as Molladalen or enjoy evening walks through the forests.
