  I live in a house I recently bought, along with two kittens. I work as a business consultant, and give training to SMEs and entrepreneurs.
  
  I work 40 hours a week, and in my free time I like to do many different things: paddle tennis, I have recently started to learn how to play golf, photography, go hiking, the beach, reading, ... in short, many interests and little free time to enjoy them!
  
  I've also been part of another hosting/travellers community for years, I like to have the opportunity to share talks and activities with people from other places, cultures and languages.

  Llanes, in northern Spain, offers an impressive landscape. Mountain and sea, a beautiful municipal golf course, good gastronomy, and good road communications to move along the north coast of Spain. In addition to multiple festivals and traditions during the spring summer and autumn months.
  
  Llanes, en el norte de España, ofrece un paisaje impresionante.   Arbeit

  I'm fixing up my house: painting, repairing things, etc. and I could use some help, since until now, everything I've done has been done by myself, and in addition to moving slowly, I've sometimes missed two extra hands, depending on which tasks.
  
  The tasks with which I expect some help are: sanding doors and shutters, painting the doors, furniture, walls, windows, placing some shelves, and collaborating in the daily cleaning of the house. These are simple tasks that I usually do alone, but it sure is more pleasant (and quick) with some help.
  
  Estoy arreglando mi casa: pintando, reparando cosas, etc. y me vendría bien algo de ayuda, ya que hasta ahora, todo lo que he hecho lo he hecho yo sola, y además de avanzar lento, a veces he echado de menos dos manos extra para según qué tareas.
  
  Las tareas con las que espero alguna ayuda son: lijar puertas y contraventanas, pintar las puertas, muebles, paredes, ventanas, colocar algunas estanterías, y colaborar en la limpieza diaria de la casa. Son tareas sencilla que habitualmente hago yo sola, pero seguro que es más agradable (y rápido) con algo de ayuda.

  My house has two rooms. I offer a private room in my house, spacious, bright and with double bed and private bathroom. One of your tasks will be to keep this room clean, as well as your private bathroom.
  
  Mi casa tiene dos habitaciones. Ofrezco una habitación privada en mi casa, amplia, luminosa y con cama matrimonial y baño privado. Una de tus tareas será mantener esta habitación limpia, así como su baño privado.

  This area offers countless hiking routes, as well as being very close to the Picos de Europa. A perfect place for those who love doing things outdoors and in nature: golf, trekking, mountain routes, climbing, sea kayaking, surfing.
  There is a bus station with daily frequencies to Oviedo, Gijón, Santander, Madrid. Santander airport is about 50 minutes away by car, and Asturias airport is just over an hour away.
  In my house live two cats. They are the queens of the house, and there are cat hairs floating around constantly. So it's not a suitable place if you have allergies or don't like animals.
  
  Esta zona ofrece innumerables rutas de senderismo, además de estar muy cerca de los Picos de Europa. Un lugar perfecto para los amantes de hacer cosas al aire libre y en la naturaleza: golf, senderismo, rutas de montaña, escalada, kayak de mar, surf.
  Hay una estación de autobuses con frecuencias diarias para Oviedo, Gijón, Santander, Madrid. El aeropuerto de Santander está a unos 50 minutos en coche, y el de Asturias a poco más de 1 hora.
  
  En mi casa viven dos gatas. Son las reinas de la casa, y hay pelos de gato flotando por ahí constantemente. Por tanto, no es un lugar adecuado si tienes alergia o no te gustan los animales.
  
  En cuanto a la alimentación: soy celiaca, por lo que la comida será totalmente libre de gluten. No tengo demasiado tiempo para cocinar, pero puedo cocinar algunas cosas sencillas ricas, y típicas de aquí. Si tienes alguna alergia o intolerancia, házmelo saber para evitar contaminación cruzada. Y si eres vegano o vegetariano, tendrás que ocuparte tú de tu alimentación, ya que no tengo tiempo para hacer comidas diferentes, ni el conocimiento para hacer una dieta semanal equilibrada prescindiendo de carnes, pescados, huevos y lácteos.
