  Bonjour !
  My name is Catherine and I have been teaching French to French students but also to foreigners for over 15 years. I am totally committed to this activity, I enjoy explaining grammar tricks as well as discussing literature !
  I live in a confortable country house with a large garden of 8000 m2, and an independent studio for guests. We can take advantages of the countryside, but with the town nearby. Sablé-sur-Sarthe is just 50 meter far and you can travel very easily to Paris, Nantes, Angers and other major cities from the train station.

  Language exchange, social exchanges with the family children if they are in the house (19, 21 and 27 years old), cultural visits in the villages as well as in the major cities of the western area. Visiting Paris, Mont St Michel etc is highly possible.

  I would welcome help for gardening and for little tasks like external painting of low walls for example.

  Independant studio with a bathroom and air-conditioning, above the garage
  
  We love eating in the family and don't have any restriction.
  We enjoy cooking but mostly simple meals with natural products from the farmers nearby.
  We really have a complete hot lunch and a complete dinner generally with a soup as the first dish.
  We have a French breakfast with bread, butter and marmelade but we can also have eggs, yoghurt, cheese, ham, fruit etc.
  And ... we always take time for a tea time with cakes because our dinner is not before 9 pm.
