  I am a 45-year-old boy, an athlete, I love nature, eating healthy, snorkeling, meditating... I'm also starting to practice yoga. I take care of my mother who is 80 years old and lives near my house. Life in Benicasim is quiet, we enjoy a sunny climate almost all year round and contact with nature is permanent. I like to go camping in the mountains, in fact Castellón is the most mountainous province in Spain, observe the animals in freedom and enjoy the fresh air.
  
  Soy un chico de 45 años, deportista, me encanta la naturaleza, comer sano, bucear, meditar .... También estoy comenzando a practicar yoga. Cuido a mi madre que tiene 80 años y vive cerca de mi casa. La vida en Benicasim es tranquila, disfrutamos de un clima soleado casi todo el año y el contacto con la naturaleza es permanente. Me gusta ir de acampada a la montaña, de hecho Castellón es la provincia más montañosa de España, observar a los animales en libertad y disfrutar del aire puro. También estoy comenzando a practicar yoga.
