  Beschreibung

  We are a family of 5 (we have three young children) living in Black Creek, British Columbia. We also have a dog and a cat. James is an elementary school Principal and I (Allison) work part time as a marine planner for a First Nation on the North Coast of BC. We always have lots of garden projects and house projects on the go that we could use help with.
  
  We love living in the comox valley. Not only is it beautiful but there is so much access to local food and nature. Our home is a short walk to Saratoga Beach and Oyster River and there are lots of local trails in the area as well.
  
  We have a private suite for workaways which includes a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a king size bed, a small futon a TV and a washer and dryer.

  James and I have travelled throughout North America, South America, Central America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. We enjoy meeting people from other countries and cultures and we also love learning new skills and sharing our own skills and knowledge.

  Arbeit

  Below are some of the things we would love help with:
  
  Planting, tending to or expanding the garden (depending on the season). We have a small vegetable garden and two greenhouses.
  
  Yard help including mowing the lawn or pruning trees and bushes.
  
  Projects around the house that we are working on (cleaning gutters, power washing, fixing small things).
  
  Dog walks for our senior dog
  
  Helping with meal prep.
  
  Hanging out with the kids while I clean or cook.
