  I am a 54-year-old woman in the process of opening. Tranquility, respect and harmony are non-negotiable. I am deepening my English to be able to travel to non-Spanish speaking countries. I do not drink or smoke inside the house and I do not accept it nor the use of any drug.
  
  Soy una mujer de 54 años en proceso de apertura. Tranquilidad, respeto y armonía no son negociables. Estoy profundizando en mi inglés e italiano para poder viajar por países de no habla española.

  90m2 apartment, exterior in the historic center and private use of a room. Large and comfortable bed with part of a wardrobe and its drawers. Consumption included food and drink. Accommodation and internet connection are offered.
  
  Apartamento de 90m2, exterior en el centro histórico y uso privado de una habitación. Cama grande y cómoda con parte de un armario y sus cajones.
  Consumos de agua y luz incluidos excepto la comida y bebida que van por parte del viajero ya que no se les pide nada especial en cuanto a trabajo físico.
  Se ofrece alojamiento y conexión a internet.

  My house is in the center, a 15m walk from metro, bus and train stops. I consider similar characters to be calm and independent, peaceful, generous and happy. Queer is super welcome.
