  Hi I have a house in Victoria BC and a 2 year old daughter who loves meeting travelers. If you're good with gardening (June-September) or childminding (August-December) lets chat and see if youd be a good fit.
  The house is on the water and you have access to kayaks, bikes and quiet apartment suite.

  We love going to museums and art galleries. Lots of festivals in the summer and we have family/friends over for BBQs.
  We will also have opportunities for the Workawayer to visit other parts of Vancouver Island as we like to camp and roadtrip during the summer.
  Hope you like to learn about Canadian culture and what its like to live in a capital city. We are close with our neighbors.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for a childminder (15 hours/week from August-December) and a gardener (5-10 hours/week from June-September)
  You will mostly be helping alone but we live 20mins by bus to Downtown so you'd have your weekends and evenings free to explore.
  There will always be another responsible adult around if you need help or advice. Sometimes taking take of children is stressful and taking breaks and having days off is available.
  If you have babysitting experience then singing, dancing, playing and quiet time is important. We can teach you songs and activities to help you bond with the child

  Unterkunft

  Single bedroom if staying long term (+2weeks) or shared kitchen and bathroom if short term (1 week or less)
  You can camp longer in our backyard if you'd like but you wont have access to bathroom or kitchen
  
  Both parents are up at 7am to prepare breakfast. If you're not an early riser we will leave cereal and coffee out. At lunch you can use the fridge and pantry to make yourself a meal. At dinner we all eat together at 5-6pm and you are welcome to join.
