  Welcome to my home with a castle view!
  
  Hi there! I’m 30 years old and live with my 9-year-old dachshund in a cozy semi-detached house with a beautiful view of one of the most historically significant and visually impressive medieval castles in the region. My home is located very close to the Dutch border, which is reflected in my daily life—I speak fluent German, Dutch, and English. I’m currently learning Spanish and would love to practice it more!
  
  I work in health management and do my job remotely from home. I’m looking for someone who can lend a hand with daily tasks around the house and garden, as well as help me with some creative projects—especially developing and designing the basement living area. No special skills are needed, just a positive attitude and a willingness to help.
  
  I’m a sociable person who loves good food and meeting new people from around the world. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet inspiring place to stay, surrounded by nature and culture, this could be the perfect spot for you.

  Bad Bentheim and the surrounding region are perfect if you enjoy nature, quiet, and a mix of German and Dutch culture:
  Visit the Burg Bentheim – a stunning medieval castle with amazing views
  Relax in local thermal baths and spas
  Enjoy cycling and hiking routes right outside the door
  Hop over the border to the Netherlands — nearby towns like Enschede, Oldenzaal, and Hengelo are just a short train or bike ride away.

  Unterkunft

  You’ll have your own private room in the basement, which already has daylight windows and some good basics — but it could use a little love to make it feel cozy and fresh. This is actually part of the help I’m looking for!
  
  The room includes:
  A comfortable 140 cm mattress
  A small bench
  A desk with a chair
  Some closets and storage space
  
  All things needed for breakfast and lunch will be Provided. Dinner will either be cooked or takeaway. If I am not around, I’ll buy the groceries needed for dinner
  
  In return for your stay, I’d love your help to tidy up the space, rearrange things, and maybe even add a few small upgrades to make the room more inviting — like painting, decorating, or organizing, depending on your skills and interest. Your ideas and creativity are very welcome!
