  Beschreibung

  Myself and my wife live on 100 acres of great Australian bush with plenty of wallabies, kangaroos and birds around.
  We are 30 minutes from the nearest town (Grafton) and 30 minutes from the beach at Woolgoolga.
  I have a range of hobbies, surfing, bouldering, hockey (ice) and happy to bring you along for any of them when going. My wife rides horses and will gladly take experienced riders.
  We are really just looking for general help around the place, this could be almost anything and depends on your skills and preferences. There is always plenty to do both indoors and out and the animals can never have enough attention, we are generally pretty flexible.
  Our place has 2 horses and 2 dogs. The dogs are 1 male Corgi that’s very anxious of new people but super cuddly once he warms up to you + 1 female cattle dog that loves people and is 100 miles an hour constantly, without any actual livestock to herd she requires lots of play and attention.

  We both love to travel and are looking to hear about where you are from or beautiful places you have been, obviously we are happy to share our stories too. Would love to try some of your cuisine if you are willing to cook it for us. We want to show you the real Australia outside the City, great bush and beautiful beaches.

  Arbeit

  Just looking for general help around our place, could be anything really from cooking and cleaning to outdoor projects.
  If you have any special skills that you want to use feel free to tell us about them (we need a bit of everything).
  We often work around the place on weekends on anything from burn piles to building horse shelters, slashing, mowing etc.

  Unterkunft

  We have a spare room with a nice Queen size bed and another with a king bed (workaways can have their choice but the wifi only works in the Queen room as the King room is too far away), people with camper vans are welcome to stay in them if they are more comfortable (of course welcome to stay in the house too).
  Food would generally be eaten together for an evening meal with a help yourself type deal for breakfast and lunch or snacks (this could change by the day just depending on what's happening).
  We eat almost everything but don’t judge anyone based on what they eat, happy to eat vegan or vegetarian meals but we will still always have meat in the fridge for the dogs. We sometimes have weekend BBQ’s or go to the pub.

  We both work 5 days a week and while we are happy to take you places when we can you may end up with plenty of time to yourself with just the bush and our animals. Would be great for people that love their own company, a couple or people with their own transport.
