Thanks to David and Caitlin for having us. It was our first experience and we were very happy with it. David and Caintlin are well organized, we knew what to do: including cooking, cleaning and outdoor work like chopping wood, mowing, weeding, and cutting the hedge.
The place is well located. We are in the country side 5 minutes drive from Naas

Etienne and me would like to thank you your family who have always been very kind. We were very well received by the whole family. You were able to teach us a lot about Ireland during the 6 weeks we were with you, and advised us of beautiful landscapes and towns to visit during our free hours. We had a car so that was easier to go to Dublin (35

The jobs we had to do were mainly weeding, cutting hedges, trimming trees, clearing brush and high grass, trimming the lawn, taking care of their animals, playing with their dogs (Oscar is a little crazy because he is young but he is very kind!), cleaning the pool for the winter and tidying the barn.
The accommodation was very nice, you are all generous and the meals were very good. We had a lot of fun, and the girls play the piano very well.
Thanks again to all of you who were very kind and with whom we could enjoy this beautiful country, the Ireland.
We hope to see you again!Du kannst nur Workawayer mit aktiver Mitgliedschaft kontaktieren.

It was my first Workaway experience and I couldn't dream for a better situation. I stayed for a month in Gardiner's place and I had a real great time. I did some jobs like splitting wood, planting flower bulbs, cutting roses, putting dungs on beds, splitting wood... Always with Oscar and Basil, two of their lovely four dogs.
David, Caitlin and the

The place is really nice situated. You are in the country side 5 minutes drive from Naas and 3 minutes from the closest train station in Sallins where you can take the train for 15/30 minutes to Dublin. You are also close to the Wicklow mountains where I did runnings.
Summary : go help them you will see how cool is it!
Thank you very much for hosting me!

We stayed for a fortnight with Caitlin and her husband, we were just two workaways.
The work was simple and consisted of cutting and storing wood, trimming hedges...
There were lots of evening and weekend activities.
Very welcoming family, we recommend.

I don’t even know where to begin.
The Gardiner’s are such a lovely, nice and comprehensive family.
I have spent 3 wonderful months with them even though we were in lockdown. Thus the girls were most of the time at home when I was there. The house was really lively with girls laughing, playing with the dogs, cooking, or playing musical
… read more instruments.
I will keep so many memories with them, laughing with the girls, family diner, watching Saturday movies or rugby matches with David.
I have left the house a little bit earlier than I should have because of the Irish lockdown and Caitlin has been very comprehensive about my situation and I am so thankful for that.
Since the beginning I have felt like I was part of the family, David and Caitlin have always make sure that I had everything I need.
As the 3 of the girls are in boarding school, the jobs you will have to do are gonna be quite light, as hoovering, mopping, dusting, or painting. You will also have to cook diner for the family during the weekdays.
The house is huge and stunning, you will have your own bedroom and bathroom.
Thank you for everything, I was so glad to meet you and I could not have dreamt better
Now, I am waiting for you in France!

I spend 4 months with Caitlin, David and the girls in Osberstown and I loved every minute of it, even though we were in lockdown most of the time. The location is close to Dublin (only 20-30 minutes by train) and it takes you around 15 minutes by bike to Naas Town centre with lovely cafes and shops. The house is absolutely beautiful, I had my own

If you like to laugh, want to spend time with kids and loads of animals and if you want to get to know a bit of Irish culture this is definitely the place to stay for you! I honestly felt home and the family was always there if I needed help and I can absolutely recommend staying with them! I'm very thankful I feel lucky I got to meet them.
Thank you for everything. Can't wait to see you again.Du kannst nur Workawayer mit aktiver Mitgliedschaft kontaktieren.

I spent only two weeks with Caitlin, David and the girls and I reaally enjoyed it.
The girls are lovely and Caitlin and David are super nice and always made sure I had everything I need. The tasks were clear and easy and I had enough freetime. I felt really welcomed from the beginning and even after only two weeks it was hard to leave.
I would
