We are a jungle sanctuary wellness Hotel in Bacalar, Quintana Roo, offering a peaceful and integral retreat for our guests. A design forward project that offers different rituals and traditional Mexican ceremonies in order to disconnect surrounded by nature.
Culture here is rich, local market is a treasure, a lot of lagoon options for water lovers and a very calm slow everyday vibe.
This area is for you if you enjoy nature, slow pace, easy going days and making people feeling welcome. Passion for hospitality, people and wellness are skills highly appreciated.

You would be in a mostly Spanish speaking staff and suppliers. Learn about conscious and slow traveling and get a chance to meet people from all around the world in the most fantastic location. Bacalar it’s a beautiful not yet fully discovered gem next to the Riviera Maya corridor but its energy and peoples are far more different than our busy neighbors.
Arbeit
We are looking for couples or friends who:
- has previous experience in hospitality (hotel/restaurant).
- enjoy sharing yoga classes and/or running and sports.
- has social abilities and is happy to share information.
- offering massages or therapies is a plus!

Unterkunft
You would have your own private centric studio a few blocks from the Hotel and only two from the lagoon with queen beds, AC, kitchenette with cooking essentials and private bathroom. All services included and internet.
Meals will be offer daily at the hotel.
