Beschreibung
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and energetic person, or couple, to help us for 1-2 weeks throughout 2026 at our home in Castiglione del Lago.
Tasks can vary from outside tasks, gardening, clearing gutters to helping Gerard with general tasks, inside and out. We are flexible, kind, generous and easy-going. You must be a dog and cat lover, and a non-smoker. We will feed and water you very well. A car may also be available. A valid driver’s licence is required.
We have a pool which is open from May to September.
We favour people with some gardening experience. There may be some heavy lifting involved. You will help alongside Gerard who is a registered builder.

Gerard and I have lived in Europe for 13 years, after moving from Australia. We are very friendly and easy going and would prefer the same sort of person(s) to fit in with our family of five (2 dogs and 1 cat). Gerard is a builder by trade.
Arbeit
We are at the end of a new build in Castiglione del Lago, and we also have a new, fully operational, pool. We are looking for help both outside and inside, weather dependent. There is plenty of opportunity to help alongside Gerard, to learn new skills, learn about his favourite subject, music or AFL and to experience life in Italy.

You will have your own comfortable bedroom and bathroom. We can collect you from our local train station at Castiglione del Lago.

We live on Lake Trasimeno, the 4th largest lake in Italy. The train system is good and it is easy to get around by bike, which we are happy to provide. The use of a car may also be possible.
