  Beschreibung

  This started as a private residence with one Villa then later became a satellite campus . The property then transition to fulltime accommodation facility and has a total of 13 Cottages, 1 villa and a hostel that accommodates up to 24 people. We have a total of 26 Local staff helping in our property. An Accountant, operation manager, 4 chefs, receptionist, a bartender, 3 waiters, 6 housekeeping staff, 4 garden/grounds persons and 5 security personells. We have a large swimming pool, large gardens and picnic park, a bar, a restaurant and a number of games such like pool table, table tennis and board games. Our property is open throughout the year be it low season or high season. We do organize parties every Sunday for everyone, both in house guests and guests from outside. Our property has ample parking lot for volunteers coming with campvans.

  The Volunteers will get to interact with the local communities on a daily basis. Get to learn the Giriama (Local tribe) way of life and that will broaden their perspective of life. We have a cultural center next to the resort where our volunteers can learn more about the African/Kenyan traditional way of life.

  Arbeit

  Help with digital marketing. Specifically someone who can edit Instagram videos for marketing. Taking nice photos and videos of the property. Managing social media account. We also need a social person who would help in networking and creating partnership for the resort. Someone who is good with organizing events like parties, karaoke, wine tasking event etc. A creative person who would assist with decorations and paintings is also needed.

  Unterkunft

  Shared dormitory with a mix of bunk beds and single beds. Hot outdoor showers and a massive garden area. The hostel has terrace and a strong reliable wi-fi. The volunteer will share space with other guests.
  
  We offer Two meals per day for our volunteers. That is breakfast and chose between lunch and dinner. Some days we do BBQ and even go fishing in the Ocean with the volunteers to stock adequate food for those who eat fish and generally sea food.

  We are 6 minutes walking distance to the beach. 7 minutes ride to local supermarket, hospital and financial institutions. There are a lots of things to do While staying with us. You can soak yourself in the white sands at the beach enjoying the sunny weather. Or go snorkeling at Robinson Island, Baobab Island or Wasini Island. Take a sunset boat cruise at the Kongo Estuary. Visit Borabora wildlife center or Columbus conservation center which is a walking distance from our resort. Rent bikes and go on a wild cycling adventure. Party at Fullmoon club, Tandoori International club or the famous Manyattas club.
