Hi,I'm Annina, an ex University Professor and Contemporary Artist that changed style of life.I mooved from the city to the countryside(almost woods) and start caring for Nature as a sintesys of my natural love for spaces integrated in enviroments perfectly clear and away from chaos and a Studio for producing Art.My project of business is to offer a farm to give the artists a space where to create, experiment with nature and their own gifts. Create a location where cultures, genders, people can share their experiences and styles of life to enrich each other with some culture,well being and easy paced style of life.I have some easy tasks to fullfill every day like get food to the farmers and be helped in cutting some grass around the house and why not create some spaces for hosting even more people.The house is mainly stone made and has some renewals to be done. In this 1° step the artist I will host must know how to do carpentry work

We have to make the wood floor(= fir planks interlocking) in the first room for hosts, the misure of this ambient is 4X4 meters, than we have to paint wall and stop. The artist here need must know how to work wood to make this flooring. Here I have instruments for this work.We have to saw the wood and nail. During this period I will accomodate one bad inside the room library for my guest and I'm present every time to help for everything. The estimated time for this work is 1 day but we can make slower.

Hi, here Nina, I'm an artist , writer and visual, one year and a half ago I lived my loft Atelier of art in Rome and I came to live in a farm house in Umbria, 20km from Orvieto. I'm 49 years old, I'm living here with my animals, the maremmano Astor and many cats. I will host artist who want spend one week to make atelier of art in a space surrounded by nature. I'm very friendly, loving melting-pot and all gender.
The project is to create a private farm house for artists and artisans where a big community without limits of age can spend a good time together during the year.

This farm house take water from water source in the mountain nearby here, so it is important my guest can be careful of wasting of water.
In general the atmosphere here is simple but sophisticated, I live in peace with nature and ambient.
I you suffer the heat: I can say that the room at the second floor we have to equip for artists and artisans of art is hot
but I have fun, the first floor is fresh.
For washing machine there is a laundromat with assistance not far from here, I can provide with my auto to accompany my guest when it is necessary. Like you can see by photos to enter at home we have a rustic internal staircase so this place is not good for weelchair.

The house I live is 1 km from railway station, I can provide for basic shift with my auto. Here is wifi and bed sheets and towel. Umbria is one of the most beautiful region in Italy, sacred and profane, has the most beautiful historic villages of Italy: Orvieto, Assisi, Cortona, Foligno, Montefalco, Castelluccio di Norcia and others. This is a very important center for wine and EVO oil production. In one our and a half you can arrive to Rome by train.
If you want to come here without auto you can, because of to go to railway station we need 5 minutes on foot in the wood or I can provide to take you at the railway station. The train to Orvieto leaves every hour, the train takes 10 minutes to arrive to Orvieto than you can take funicular to arrive in the historic center an to the Cathedral.
