Beschreibung
Our summers bring us back to our home in the Limousin, north of Limoges. Lynn is from Boston and Brij is from Manchester and our adventures have had us teaching in Egypt, Germany, India, the US and most recently Qatar. Along with our children (15 and 18) we enjoy spending our time with both our visiting friends and workaway guests.
Our barn renovation allowed us to move in 2014. We love it and are looking forward to sharing it with workaway guests during the summer of 2023 not that travel has opened back up. Brij began the final renovation of a 1840 outbuilding room that now has working bread oven needing tested for pizzas and bread. More work still to do on the inside of the building.
It has been a few years since our last workaway visitors and we thoroughly enjoyed the positive energy they have brought to our summer holiday. They have been easy going, hard working and willing to dive into our summer life as much as we have been willing to learn from and get to know them.

We are global citizens, with two wonderful children who who like to feel connected to the world around them. Having lived and worked overseas we relish our interactions with people from around the globe, knowing that it helps shape our view of the world. Brij loves having a project and group of people working together to get it done . . . and the pizza will be tasty!

Continuing renovation of the bread oven. A small room that needs a lot of work but it's going to be a wonderful addition.

Unterkunft
Accommodation would be in the renovated barn in one of the two ground floor bedrooms. This floor has a bathroom of it's own and we live upstairs. Own or shared bathroom depending on how many people are staying.

We live in a rural part of central West France. Our nearest town is La Souterraine and then Limoges. Both are accessible by train from Paris. We will have a car and for us this is also our vacation, so there is plenty of down time to be tourists! We have bikes!
