Beschreibung
We are a french-dutch family with 3 children (25, 22 and 11). After many years in the Netherlands, we found our dream property in the south of France, in the neighbourhood of Carcassonne,
It's still a big challenge for us to finish the restauration and take care of our garden and animals.
We wil be happy to share our house with you, help you to discover the area and all the activities that can be done.

We could help you with learning french or dutch
Carcassonne is culturally very rich, with 2 Unesco world classified sites : la Cité de Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi
We have some bicycles available to explore the neighbourhood
The house is located in a small wine domain surrounded bij nature and mountains

We would need some help in the garden, help with household tasks (cooking in particular) and with our animals (2 cats, 1 dog and 2 icelandic horses)
If you have DIY talents, it could be as well very useful

A room on the second floor from about 25m2 with a 2 persons bed. There is a big bathroom on the same floor dedicated to workawayers

Trèbes is 3 km from the house with bars and restaurants
Carcassonne is the closest big city and can be reached by bus from Trèbes There are many interesting cities to visit within one hour, as Toulouse, Béziers and Narbonne with their beaches
Around, many castles, churches to visit and for sportive people plenty of possibilities : of the road bike, kanoe, canyoning, rafting, climbing....
