We need two hands and a heart for some help in the Vallemaggia, Switzerland

  We live in the Vallemaggia Valley in south of Switzerland(Italian part). This valley is a special place to do sport like ski/snowboard, climbing, hiking, and swimming at the most famous waterfalls of Switzerland. Is a natural place and very relaxing 😎!
  
  We live at a largest old house from 1600… you can have your private room.
  
  
  Dear workawayers, we are a family consisting of a mum, me and two little boys, Vittorio aged 13 and Pedro who just turned 11 months old.
  I am a very busy woman between work, university and household chores as well as artist friends who occasionally occupy me with some art projects.
  
  Starting in March
  I have a project to restore some cracks in the poplar floor of our vegetable garden behind our house. I can teach people how to do the work properly, but I can't do it all myself because I always have a thousand things to do and Pedro, my youngest son, has been demanding a lot of my attention lately. So if anyone has some manual dexterity and would like to take part in this restoration with perhaps also sowing some vegetables during the month of March please write to me.
  
  
  I am planning to clean, tidy and paint the walls of two rooms totalling about 25 m2.
  I need tidy people with manual skills for painting and maybe a touch of designer because I will use both rooms as a workshop in cultural heritage restoration (paintings, porcelain, stone materials, stucco).
  
  In APRIL
  I plan to complete the camper van interior of my (vintage) Citroen Berlingo car so that it can sleep (2 adults and 1 baby comfortably), with a kitchen inside in case of bad weather and compartments for kitchen items, clothes and maintenance tools.
  I would also like to insulate the entire interior of the Citroen.
  
  In MAY,
  I will need someone to come with our family to Venice, where I will do restoration work at the Villa Pisani for 2 to 4 weeks.
  There we will have a comfortable house and I will need this person to watch my children every day(Monday until Friday) for at least 6 hours either in the gardens of the Villa Pisani or around my work on a daily basis.
  
  
  The profile of the person we are looking for is a native English or German speaker, or Japanese (we have very interesting to exchange knows) with autonomous organisational skills and mental flexibility... If possible, with a lot of experience as a world traveller. Focussed on the here and now! Willing to love others and always get the best out of every situation...
  Straightforward, honest and detached from material things.
  
  If you've spent a lot of time travelling the world, have intellectual and manual skills and want to share your experiences with a family in high spirits! We're waiting for you!
  
  Ps: we haven't had a television for over 24 years. We prefer people who don't use this type of entertainment, because there's no possibility here.
  
  We only use the internet for what is strictly necessary.
  
  We prefer conversation, action and love.

  We want receive a honest person, with a big heart but with capacity to management our work very well. If is possible with past experiences at baby sitting.
  
  In the past I receive many person's around the world through workaway and I was a workawayer too. I started to worked at home of a founder of workaway person. Very nice experiences.
  This type of philosophy can change your mind and obviously the world. It's possible to change this system where governments wants to control our live.
  
  I think I'm a rebel person inside, but smarter. I try to arranged all my staffs with creative and positive thinking.
  
  I have a lot interest in microbiology applied at restauration and bio carburante or food. Chemistry is another branch I'd love to sharing. If you are a philosophy person, a little scientist and artist person...maybe here, you can have a good ground to put your seeds.
