Hi Everyone! We are a watersports activity centre, run by a small bunch of international kitesurf lovers, based in Mui Ne, Vietnam. We are looking for helpers to help us out in the centre when the winter season comes.
We have been open since October 2015 and plan to be here for quite a while more :) We are kitesurfing mad and you can find us on the beach most days...Our lives revolve around our customers and we strive to make sure that everyone who comes to kite with us feels like part of the family. Every January, we organise an annual kitesurfing competition, one of the biggest in Vietnam.
Looking for committed volunteers with a little watersport experience for winter season, but PLEASE only for 2 month minimum stay.

As you will be living in the heart of a real Vietnamese village, you will quickly get to see the differences between Vietnamese life and Western life! The villagers are very warm and welcoming, and we have had helpers make some really good Vietnamese friends while staying with us.
Mui Ne is small, neighbourly and multi cultural, it's a great place to meet people from all over the world, and a great place to learn real Vietnamese life. There are Vietnamese language classes run in the village, and you can really learn about Vietnams ancient and diverse history as well by visiting historic sites in the area.
You can learn watersports - surf and SUP and have a chance to learn to kitesurf or wingfoil, if you are interested.
Arbeit
We are a busy, dynamic team looking for people who are as enthusiastic and energetic as we are!
We need help with all the duties of running the watersports centre; in particular: admin duties, welcoming guests, guest relations and customer service, event organisation etc. We also look for helpers with an interest in creating art projects, photography, video making etc. We are particularly looking for people with some watersports experience - kite, surf or SUP etc. The work involves helping out with the organisation of the kite/surf/sup lessons and rentals, admin, customer care, help on the beach, help in our small shop...all duties related to the running of the centre :)
We ask our helpers for about 25hrs per week.
In exchange we provide accommodation in a local guesthouse just a few minutes from us, in the village, allowing you to get to know the locals and experience real life in Vietnam. We provide a meal allowance daily for you. There is free wifi included.
We also offer helpers the chance to learn our activities including surfing, SUP (free surf and SUP) and kitesurfing (at a discounted rate).

Mui Ne is the best place in Asia to learn to kite surf and windsurf, and it has really consistent wind from October to March. There are also a couple of nice surf spots, and some really fabulous SUP locations eg in the famous Mui Ne harbour.
There are plenty of places to go and things to see on your down time, loads of fabulous street food options, beaches, temples, and there's even a cinema in Phan Thiet (20mins away) that shows english movies if you're feeling really homesick ;)
Transport here is mainly by scooter or bicycle. There is also a local bus service and plenty of taxis available
