  What will you do?
  Trek through an enchanting medieval Dutch castle and sail the charming canals of Amsterdam all in the same week! Discover the Netherlands’ fascinating history, culture and food as you take part in the amazing daily activities like venturing to a traditional Dutch windmill and sampling the countries beloved Poffertjes. Become a part of our community and experience the Netherlands like never before in this unforgettable, once in a lifetime adventure!
  
  As a team member for the month-long program you will travel all over the Netherlands as an ambassador of our unique program, helping our international group of families to engage and make the most out of their experience. You will work together with other team members to ensure program activities run smoothly and all participants are happy and safe.
  
  Family guide
  Key Responsibilities:
  Activity leader: Taking part in uniquely curated excursions and activities with the families, while providing the families with the right information, leading them to the instructed locations, and connecting with the facilitators on site.
  Family leader: Staying connected with and keeping track of all families in the program, offering support and guidance when needed. Following a daily protocol check to monitor how each person is feeling and keeping track of their goals.
  
  What do you need?
  We look for diverse volunteers with a wide range of skill sets and an eagerness to learn and collaborate with others. Some important attributes that we particularly value are:
  - People skills: You are a social/friendly person with good communication skills.
  - Leadership skills: You have the ability to respectfully lead a group.
  - Flexibility: You can go with the flow and easily adapt to changes.
  - Responsible: You are comfortable being responsible for a group and value safety above all else
  
  Teen Camp Leader
  Key responsibilities:
  Teen leader: Staying connected with and keeping track of all teens in the program, offering support and guidance when needed. Following a daily protocol check to monitor how each person is feeling and keeping track of their goals.
  Activity leader: Taking part in uniquely curated excursions and activities with the teens, while inspiring program engagement and coordinating logistics.
  Project mentor: Motivating the teens to work on their projects, while offering help and guidance.
  
  What do you need?
  We look for diverse volunteers with a wide range of skill sets and an eagerness to learn and collaborate with others. Some important attributes that we particularly value are:
  - People skills: You are a social/friendly person with good communication skills.
  - Leadership skills: You have the ability to respectfully lead a group.
  - Responsible: You are comfortable being responsible for a group and value safety above all else.
  - Flexibility: You can go with the flow and easily adapt to changes.
  - Intelligent: Easily relate to program teens that have an above average intellect.
