  Hello and welcome
  Note we are raw vegan plant based only!🥑
  This means if you join us you understand that the food available to you as a volunteer is uncooked, no dairy , meat or fish 🚫
  Important to us is to build a home from home environment, build trust and relationships with people that stay at our home. Ideally longer term stays where you become part of the community
  
  Bring your ideas and vision of creating beautiful environments for future travellers to also experience! Leave your mark so to speak
  If you have the idea to build a tree house then we have the perfect tree!
  You always dreamed of designing a permaculture garden then let’s make it happen
  
  We are two people living in the mountains of central Portugal! We have a vision to create a productive permaculture garden with raised beds!
  
  We always need help around the home such as organising and some light painting!
  
  We have 3 cats and 5 hens to take care off
  Rob and I are raw vegans which means the food we offer Is super healthy, we are happy to teach you how to make raw vegan food if you’re interested
  Other skills I offer to share are rendering with lime and clay!

  Our ethos is to serve others, this strengthens community and creates a positive effect to other people on the Planet!
  We work with volunteers who stay at Casa do sol Nasciente, we believe in sharing our knowledge whether that be practical use of tools, care of tools, how to create vibrant living foods and drinks and also spiritual growth.
  
  Many young people bring with them patterns that they have carved out with their family members at home, at casa do sol nasciente - we strive to create new and healthy patterns, this is important when co sharing living spaces! We practice NVC and hold regular talking circles to check in with volunteers!
  
  
  Being part of a community is new to many individuals, we invite visitors to leave old conditioning and patterns at the door and navigate the way to being fully present, open in communication and to ask how can I help other people in my life? How do I serve the divine in all people, animals, my environment. The Planet is one home to all!
