Help with gardening and outside work in Saint Martin en Vercors, France

  Bonjour, hello
  
  My name is Gaël (35).
  
  I'm not fluent in English but I work in English sometimes, so we can talk quite easily.
  
  I've built a passive house with my own apartment and 2 others that I rent out to guests.
  The goal of the house is to produce more electricity than I take from the network.
  There's also a large garden to cultivate good vegetables.
  
  The area is really beautiful and there are a lot of activitys around : hiking, canyoning, biking, skiing...
  It is really an ideal place to relax in nature.
  
  The accommodation is an independent studio in my house, with your own kitchen and bathroom, and a lovely terrace looking the garden.
  
  I'm looking for someone who wants to discover and enjoy the place for several weeks or months.
  
  In return, I ask for about 10h per week :
  - to help me with the garden: there's always something to do, and you can take some vegetables to eat
  - to help me with outside work
  - do small jobs: nothing very difficult and it will be with me. (build a car park, for example)
  - to house-sit if I'm not there (I'm at home 90% of the time but it's important to heat the house if someone open windows overlooking the greenhouse attached to the house)
  
  If you want to create your own cottage or building your house, if you want to discover the Vercors and eat good cheese for cheap or if you just want to be quiet for some weeks/months, this is a good place.

  Je suis Gaël (35ans).
  J'ai construit une maison passive avec mon logement et 2 autres que je loue en gite.
  Un des logements permet d'accueillir les personnes en fauteuil roulant mais ils sont autonomes.
  La maison est passive (= sans chauffage mais pas d'inquiétude il fait chaud !) et le but est de produire + d'électricité que j'en prends sur le réseau.
  Il y a aussi un grand jardin pour avoir des bons légumes.
  
  L'endroit est vraiment très beau et il y a plein de choses à découvrir : rando, canyoning, grottes, vélo route ou VTT, ski ou ski de fond.
  C'est aussi idéal pour être au calme au milieu de la nature.
  
  Pour le logement, c'est un studio indépendant dans la maison, avec son propre espace cuisine et la salle de bain, belle terrasse qui donne sur le jardin.
  Je prête un vélo sans souci.
  
  Je cherche quelqu'un qui a envie de découvrir profiter de l'endroit pour plusieurs semaines ou mois.
  En contrepartie, je demande environ 10h par semaine pour :
  - m'aider pour le jardin : il y a toujours des choses à faire et tu pourras prendre des légumes pour manger
  - m'aider pour l'entretien des extérieurs
  - faire des petits travaux : rien de très difficile et ce sera avec moi, par exemple j'aimerais monter un carpark à l'automne
  - pour garder la maison si je ne suis pas là, notamment pour la maintenir chaude (je suis à la maison 90% du temps)
  
  En résumé c'est une annonce, travail vacances, tranquille dans un coin stylé :)
  Si tu veux monter un gite, si tu veux prendre des infos sur la construction d'une maison, si tu veux découvrir le Vercors en longueur et pour pas cher ou si tu veux juste juste être au calme pour quelques temps, c'est un bon plan.

  You can discover the beautiful area, meet some people here (my friends and guests).
  If you want to create your own cottage or building your house, if you want to eat good cheese for cheap (cheese is like culture in France) this is a good place.
