Looking for a female to arrive 26 June till end of July... to come and help with house chores daily cleaning and tidying the house and patios. Dusting hoovering tidying.up cleaning of animal areas and walk puppy.
We are an English /Spanish family living in Gandia Spain. we love CATS more than anything but also have a dog, and love most animals and love traveling and meeting people from all cultures. we have 3 adorable cats and a spoilt hamster and a puppy poodle.. Everyone falls in love with them!
We have years and years of experience welcoming students on English language immersions and also workawayers for the last 13 years. As you can see from our feedback, the girls that come and stay have a great time, we receive letters and cards and photos from our workawayers every year and even the very first one who came still writes to us!
We love alternative Indie music and rock music.......we go to many concerts ...
you will gain language practice in English or Spanish but we speak English at home.
You will also learn about pet care,, I worked with animals for 28 years and can teach you many things about pet care!
And finally, you can learn about keeping a house tidy and clean, timekeeping and routine in a household with a working mum, college age teenager aged 15, and pets!
You will learn and grow culturally and also you will learn how it is to be a one parent family and manage a household.
You will also see a new city! Gandia is very pretty and large town 100,000 inhabitants and has fabulous blue flag beaches. We are living in a village 12 minutes outside the city by car or bus. There is a swimming pool next door and cafes bars etc. please note that we live in a village and there is not much other than nature, bars and the pool in summer.
And if you have an interest in languages, we speak Spanish also, But we speak English at home.
We do look for only a female as we are 3 females, thats me and my 15yrs old daughter and my 90 yrs old auntie.

As long as you speak English or Spanish it is fine!
We would welcome a caring, loyal helpful girl who is not afraid to get stuck in and help out.
Please make sure you are happy to travel by yourself from wherever you are to us in Gandia. I will collect you from Gandia Train station. or if im busy you can take a taxi from gandia train station to palma de gandia. Nearest airport is Valencia.
Our house is very comfortable and we have all mod cons.
Please note that there is NO facility to cook your own meals. I provide the evening meal.
