Welcome to a house and community space dedicated to soundhealing, live music and spirituality, directed by me Victoria (Vic) Zain, an Argentine soundhealer, musician and astrologer.
We host Rituals with medicine music, meditation and sound journeys, and also welcome guests from all over the world in our three rental suites, We are labeled "superhost" by guests. Workawayers support us mainly with the daily care of the house and garden, guest check-ins and check-outs, and preparing the space for our meditation and sound healing events. Sometimes we also invite help with small improvements, communication, or audiovisual projects.
In exchange, you’ll enjoy the sound arts, be part of an international community, meet people from all over the world, and enjoy the natural beauty of Pipa! -

You’ll meet people from all over the world -guests, musicians and travelers who come to Pipa to share lifestyie oriented to spirituality and medicine rituals.
Workawayers are welcome to join the experiences and events that happen here, and I’m always open for good conversation and practices. Living in Pipa also means being part of an international beach town where you’ll connect with locals and visitors from many different backgrounds. -
Arbeit
We welcome volunteers to support with the daily care of the house and garden.
🔸 Volunteer responsibilities:
Cleaning the common areas and guest rooms
Basic house care (kitchen, floors, bathrooms, laundry)
Preparing rooms for check-ins and taking care of check-outs
Washing, drying, folding, and organizing bed linens and towels
Helping with the garden and outdoor spaces (watering plants, sweeping paths, general maintenance)
Keeping the space clean, organized, and ready for daily activities
Preparing the space space for meditations, sound healing sessions, and special events
Occasionally supporting reception before and after events (welcoming participants, assisting with payments, and helping restore the space afterward)
Supporting small maintenance and organization tasks whenever needed
Volunteers are warmly invited to participate in our meditations, sound healing sessions, and community activities.
🔸 Occasional projects:
Small improvements in the house
Support with communication or social media
Help with audiovisual projects (photo, video, editing)
The main routine is light cleaning and maintenance in the mornings, so the rest of the day is free to enjoy the beach, nature and community of Pipa. -

Unterkunft
The house has 5 suites. I live in one, 3 are for rental guests from all over the world, and the Workawayers stay in another suite with the same standard.
The Workawayer suite has a private bathroom and a desk, and is shared with 1 or 2 other volunteers. I provide bed sheets and towels.
We all live together in the same house and share the kitchen, large living room, porch and garden. There is a fridge available for everyone, and each person does their own shopping and cooking. Meals are not included -the exchange is for the accommodation in this privileged place.
The atmosphere is international and welcoming, with a flow of guests, volunteers and friends.
This is a beautiful house in a privileged location. Markets: 2 min walk. 10-15 min walk to main park (Praca do Pescador), and access to paradise beaches (Praia do Centro e do Amor). Bus to Madeiro Beach (for surfers) 2 min walk. -

It is a peaceful and healthy environment, oriented to people who enjoy being in tune with daylight, nature, health and spirituality.
For this reason, we ask that Workawayers do not consume alcohol or marijuana in the house. We value a respectful, mindful and collaborative atmosphere, where everyone contributes to keeping the space clean, harmonious and inspiring.

Volunteers have a desk and good internet in their room, so you can comfortably work on your own projects. There are also common areas -the living room, porch and garden — that work well as coworking spaces.
