  Hola 👋 My name is Nick, I am a biologist by education and at heart, I love nature, sports, healthy lifestyle and adventure. And now I live in Costa Rica (in Manuel Antonio). And I manage several small bnb premises where tourists and travelers stay.
  These are small local houses in typical Tico neighborhoods and there is plenty of space for interesting work and creativity. And you will feel free and safe, as the people here are friendly and there are many tourists.
  This is suitable for nature lovers and adventure lovers, as the houses are literally immersed in local flora and fauna, located on the edge of the jungle, next to the ocean and close to the National Park. And every day you can see monkeys, possums, armadillos, lizards, parrots, hummingbirds and many other different animals and birds around the house, and sometimes in the house. The houses are surrounded by coconut palms, mango and avacado trees and other tropical plants 🌴

  I come from Russia and have been living in Costa Rica for over a year in a typical Tico area. My neighbors are locals in their typical apartments. Being here you can immediately dive into the typical local life as it is, and see how life works here. You will feel free as the people here are friendly and always ready to help you learn Spanish :) Also, being here, you will see many different wild animals, as the house is located on the edge of the National Park.

  Ok, I'm looking for a person, who doesn't need to constantly explain any time, what to do, who would make sure that the monkeys do not misbehave in the house, who would meet and see off travelers, give them the necessary information, clean the rooms, maintain order in the house, wash and dry clothes, take care of indoor plants and do other simple, everyday housework. You can also decorate rooms, landscape design, surrounding areas, paint on walls, restore furniture, build a tree house, terraces and much more.
  Also, when all the places are booked and there is no need to do cleaning, it would be good to show creativity and optimize and improve the space around, at your own discretion. And if every day you make this place where you live a little better, then this is what is needed and it will be wonderful. And you will always have my support and assistance in this matter. Also from me you will receive information and recommendations about possible leisure options and interesting places around.

  Unterkunft

  A separate room with a bunk bed is provided for housing. There may be another volunteer or your partner in this room. I can also visit this room because my things are there now, but soon I will finally free it. Of course, it is possible to make this room completely private for you. You can also hang out on the terrace, chill in a hammock, cook in a shared kitchen, use a hot shower, toilet, washing machine, refrigerator and everything else in the house.

  You can go to the beach or go design your own tourist route for guests, or whatever you want.
  The house also has a surfboard, snorkeling equipment and other useful things that you can use.
  You can explore the nature around you, improve your communication skills and learn a language, all the while interacting with new people.
