  Hi there! We’re Felix and Paty – a couple with big dreams and a shared love for creativity, travel, and meaningful connections. After spending the past few years exploring the world, we’ve finally found a place to settle for a while: our new home in beautiful Point Cook, a peaceful beachside suburb of Melbourne.
  
  This move marks an exciting new chapter for us – and like any new beginning, it comes with a lot of to-dos. Our house is full of potential, and we’re looking for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and be part of the process as we turn it into a cozy, inspiring space to live, work, and host.
  
  We’re both open-minded, easygoing, and value honest communication and a positive attitude. Together we enjoy cooking, walking by the beach, and creating a calm, joyful atmosphere at home.

  Staying with us isn’t just about helping out – it’s a chance to connect, learn, and share meaningful experiences across cultures. We're Felix and Paty, a multicultural couple (Venezuelan & German-Polish) who recently settled into our new home in Point Cook after years of traveling and living abroad.
  
  We love meeting people from around the world and creating a space where everyone feels at ease and included. Whether it’s chatting over a homemade vegetarian meal, listening to music from different countries, or exchanging life stories during our daily beach walks – cultural connection is part of our daily life.

Hosting Workawayers allows us to stay curious, inspired, and connected to the beautiful diversity of the world.

  Accommodation & Meals
  We offer you a clean, cozy, and private bedroom in our new home in Point Cook – a quiet and safe suburb close to Melbourne. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, bedding, storage space for your belongings, and plenty of natural light. You’ll have access to shared spaces like the kitchen, living room, laundry, and bathroom, all kept tidy and well-maintained.
  
  We want you to feel at home here and respect your privacy, while also sharing lovely moments together as a little household.
  
  Food & Meals
  We provide all your meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – and most of what we eat is healthy and vegetarian. We love cooking together and are happy to share our favorite recipes or try something from your culture too! The kitchen is always open if you feel like preparing your own snacks or meals, and we keep it stocked with basics.
  
  We eat fresh, wholesome meals and try to avoid too much processed food – but we’re definitely open to chocolate and the occasional treat 😊
  
  If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  Other Things to Know
  During your time off, there’s plenty to explore nearby! Point Cook has a beautiful coastal park, walking trails, local markets, and peaceful beaches – perfect for sunset walks or a quiet picnic. If you're up for a city adventure, Melbourne is just a 30–40 minute car drive away. We’re happy to help you plan day trips or show you our favorite local spots.
  
  Public transport is accessible, and we can also assist with occasional lifts if needed. We’ll pick you up when you arrive to make things as easy as possible!
  
  How We Live
  We like to keep things relaxed and positive at home. We enjoy a calm atmosphere, good conversations, and respect for each other's space. Cleanliness and consideration are important to us – nothing strict, just the basics: tidy up after yourself, communicate openly, and treat the home as if it were your own.
  
  We don’t smoke, and we prefer a smoke-free home. Also, we love a glass of wine now and then, but we’re not a party household – we enjoy peace, good music, and good vibes.
  
  If you're someone who values balance, kindness, and creativity – you’ll feel right at home with us!

  If you’re a digital nomad or working on a remote project, we totally get the importance of a reliable setup and flexible time. We have fast, stable Wi-Fi, and you’re welcome to use shared spaces like the dining table or a quiet corner for work. We’re also working on creating a little workspace area in the house soon. We’re flexible with the schedule – if you prefer to help in the morning and work in the afternoon (or the other way around), we’re happy to make that work. We just ask for clear communication so we can plan together. This is a great space if you’re looking for calm surroundings, a routine that gives you time to focus on your personal projects, and an uplifting environment to feel supported while you work and create.
