  We believe that traveling is also about sharing. We want to create a space where our volunteers can connect with our team, other residents and the local community.
  
  They will have the opportunity to discover more about Ecuadorian culture, Quito and our local traditions, while we learn from their countries, languages, experiences and different ways of seeing the world.
  
  Living alongside other young people makes the experience even more dynamic, creating opportunities to share activities, conversations, new friendships and different ways of living and thinking.
  
  Here, we don’t just want to host volunteers — we want to exchange stories, cultures and experiences.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for proactive and responsible people who would like to be part of life and enjoy a cultural exchange experience in Quito.
  
  The help includes supporting the organization of shared spaces, assisting and welcoming guests, and helping with small day-to-day activities.
  
  We also love making the most of our volunteers’ talents. If you are a native speaker or have an excellent level of another language, you may have the opportunity to share it through conversation activities or language classes at another space within our brand.
  
  The idea is simple: share time, knowledge and cultures while creating a friendly and welcoming environment together.

  Unterkunft

  We offer a comfortable, clean and safe place to stay in Quito.
  
  We have furnished rooms with private bathrooms, as well as some shared-room options. The kitchen, dining area and networking space are shared areas where residents can cook, relax, connect and meet people from different places.
  
  The idea is for everyone to have their own space to rest while also having the opportunity to live together and connect with other young people from different backgrounds.
  
  Volunteers will have access to the shared areas and the facilities available during their stay.
  
  Each guest will be provided with a sum of money to prepare their own meals.

  This is a digital-nomad-friendly space, with Wi-Fi and shared areas where you can work comfortably We understand that many of our volunteers may have their own jobs or projects while staying with us. That’s why we aim to organize the help schedule flexibly, allowing them to balance their responsibilities with their experience. We simply ask for commitment to the agreed activities and good communication so we can find a balance that works well for everyone.
