  Beschreibung

  We are a Belgian couple living in the country side near Valencia. Our house is a wooden chalet with a large garden. It is a very quiet place with a wonderful view. We share the house with a family of adopted cats. It's a beautiful place to come to rest, enjoy the pool or go for a walk. To get to Valencia, you take a bicycle for 6 km to the metro station.
  We have internet but limited, not suitable for online work , streaming or tiktok.
  Working hours are flexible and the food is excellent.
  
  In exchange for 20 hours of work during 7 days stay, at your own pace, there is no fixed time. We share our house with you. You get served a nice breakfast and a delicious freshly home cooked meal in the evening. For lunch you can buy whatever you like in the supermarket and if you like we provide bread .
  Water, Coffee and thee are free, other drinks are on your account.

  In your free time, you can enjoy the beautiful area for hiking. In summer you can jump in the swimming pool. Valencia city is just a metro ride away. You could learn about the Spanish way of living in the country, which is not the same as living in a city. Valencia city has a rich cultural history worth visiting but also has a lot of precious nature in the area. It is a lovely city with a lot of green areas for people to gather.
  Since we are Belgian, you also get a taste of our delicious cuisine and we can tell you about things to see in Belgium.

  Arbeit

  We live in a wooden house that is suffering a lot from the sun. We are looking for help to paint the outside of the house. The parts exposed to the sun, have to be sanded first and then painted with wood protection in 2 layers. It involves climbing a ladder but If you don't like heights, there are plenty areas to paint from ground level.
  
  There is also a large garden that needs maintenance : remove weeds, chip wood, remove rocks
  
  You can choose any job or a bot of both

  You will have a room with a good bed to sleep. We will share our house with you.
  You can have breakfast (toast, cereal, eggs) and a hot dinner. You can buy your own lunch in town.
  One more important thing : we have several cats !!

  We are a Belgian couple (+60 years) , living in Spain for over 15 years in a lovely chalet in the country side. There is a large garden around the house and a swimming pool. We open our house to volunteers. There is a spare room where you can sleep and you share the rest of the house with us. We will treat you with respect and want to be treated the same.
  
  My husband is still working as a computer programmer and I used to work as a pastry chef. Today I dedicate my time at the house, the cats and the garden. Our vegetable garden provides food for healthy and delicious cooking.
  
  We love to travel and dive. In our 37 years of marriage, we visited a lot of countries: We love exploring nature as well as cultural cities.
  
  We may be over 60, but still young of mind. There is always plenty of work around the house and the garden and a little help is always welcome.
  
  We invite you in our little heaven in Spain and we love to share our travel experiences with you.
  
  We have WIFI, but only limited data. So not suitable for work
