Welcome!
I'm Sandro, a mountain film maker who's spent much of the last 10 years exploring Nepal's highest peaks.
It's time to settle in this beautiful country and build a home/studio/ravecave in Kathmandu. The capital city of Nepal offers endless opportunities to explore culture, adventure and yourself.
I've found an empty 7 bedroom house I want to fill with chill creatives who like to have fun but also get things done. Situated 35 mins walk or 10 min ride from the main tourist/party spot, Thamel . The house is in a super central and surprisingly quiet area.
The plan is to spend 3 months decorating and building furniture, friends and memories before going full steam on film and photography output.
The current crew includes -
Emma 🇮🇹 Dub pixie, gardener, pizza oven expert.
Surendar 🇮🇳 DJ, didgeridoo, production.
Vanya 🇺🇦 Editor, rolling, mountain man.

We have a large and diverse social circle made up of Nepalis and nomads from every corner of the world. We love art, films, culture, cameras and rabbit holes of any size or shape. The world is most fun when everything is mixed.

To make this dream a reality I'm looking for the following crew -
Carpenter 🪚 Source materials and build beautiful furniture.
Mural artist 🎨 Cover internal walls, a mixture of landscapes, patterns and gods but open to ideas.
Editor 👩🏽💻 Got an endless pile of diverse human stories that need cutting.
We vibe best with curious minds & open hearts (aka adhd).
Creating a chill environment to work, share, learn and play is the ultimate aim.

Unterkunft
The house currently has 3 empty bed rooms and lots of space. I'll find mattresses and bedding but until a carpenter arrives it'll be on the floor. Currently we have 2 antique kitchens with a pizza oven on the way.
We plan to cook and eat together, everyone will be well fed, watered and relaxed if that's your vibe.

Kathmandu is a hugely diverse, bustling city surrounded by endless snowy mountains.
Near the house are cafes, cinemas, climbing gyms and dive bars. There's a growing techno/dnb scene but also yoga and temples. Every alley way seems to hold treasure waiting to be discovered.
A few hours drive away are forests, lakes and hills. Ideal to trekking or chilling in nature.
A few days drive away are the real mountains and endless adventure.
